I love the quality of the dehumidifyer, but the tech in it is great too. I can see the unit on my phone with an app. I have had this plugged in for over a year now and its still running strong. I like the auto drain feature as well because I never have to worry about checking the drain bucket.

Quiet and efficient!

Bought it last month and it's been working very well ever since. It is quiet and keeps our lower level nice and dry! When we slide the collection basket out, there's a nice handle to carry it over to the sink to empty. So far, so good!!!

Great dehumidifier

I was unable to connect it to the WiFi but that wasn’t important to me. It very effectively removes the moisture in my basement storage area.

It works. Brought it down from high 50s to low 60s inside to 40 where it stays now. It's hardly run since the first couple weeks. I keep it set at 50. Live in louisiana just to give an idea of the environment (always humid)

We had left for the month of July and when we came back we noticed mold collecting in certain areas. The unit pulled buckets of water out of the room and within a week we noticed a huge improvement. We now have the unit plumbed in and set to operate q6hrs which keeps the humidity at 45%. My husband monitors it from his phone on the app. Great work horse would highly recommend the unit.

Does a fine job in basement

Had an ancient one that just couldn't handle the humidity down there. Simple to set up. And its accessible via phone app, for control of settings, on / off, and monitor the humidity remotely. Great product. One hint though, if you are going to drain directly from the back, make sure the unit is at least level front to back. Better is tilted slightly to the rear to bypass the internal bucket. Otherwise, the tank will fill up and stop the unit until its emptied.

continuous drainage function. For this, you will need to raise the front of the Dehumidifier ½ to 1 inch (1.27 cm to 2.54 cm) from the floor. The water condensation will drain out the back hose and not into the bucket. Our customer support team will be able to assist you in case of any drainage related concerns.
