Very quiet. Easy to set up. Works well in our basement.

Works great have used it in the basement and new garage this thing pulls the water out of the air. Ive owned a few different dehumidifiers and they never last we shall see ive had this one for about 2 years and still works great. Get what you pay for?, we shall see.

Easy set up before turning on. Water collection tank is just too small. This is a pricey piece of small appliance.

Works well. My only concern is that it literally runs 24 seven. The compressor isn’t always running but the fan always runs on it so I’m concerned about it longevity. also, you have to tell the unit back slightly if you’re going to use the continuous drain option.

We had a flood incident in late June2020. I purchased 5 dehumidifiers to help dry out the inside of the house, including 2 of this make/model. By far these are the best of the 3 models I used. App controlled. Larger capacity bin. 70 pint volume was just what we needed. I had been contemplating getting a pair of dehumidifiers to help with allergies/asthma issues, the flood pushed me to get them immediately...I will keep these 2 at the house permanently. They are keeping the entire house at 50% relative humidity 24/7. A side point. Best Buy was AWESOME! The had one in stock, I picked it up at the Hialeah store with the best retail COVID19 precautions I have seen. They sourced the other ones I needed at other local stores and shipped them to my door very quickly.

I'm only doing this review because I'm getting nagged to do it by repeated emails. Reviewing a dehumidifier is kind of like reviewing a flush toilet or a bag of mortar. Basically, it is doing what it is supposed to do, dehumidifying, and hopefully it will continue to do so long enough to earn its keep. The controls are very easy to use, and bucket is easy to remove, empty and replace. I'm not sure why I would want to remotely control it on a smart phone app, maybe if I had OCD I could see if the tank is full or check what the humidity level is while at the grocery store or something, but not having that particular issue, I haven't implemented this feature.

The unit does an efficient job of reducing the humidity in the basement. The fan is relatively quiet at the low setting, although I turn the unit off if I want to watch TV in the basement family room. The WiFi feature is only for simple control of the unit. While the feature works, I still tend to make any adjustments using the controls on the unit, so the WiFi control is not all that valuable for me. The only problem I've encountered so far came when I tried to change the unit from collecting the water in the unit to attaching a hose to send the water to a drain. Even though the unit had been turned off for some time, a large amount off water spilled onto the floor when I removed the cap in back of the unit for the hose connection.

so far i am liking it...am not using wifi feature...hooked hose to the drain. very easy to set up..very quiet...

So far, our Honeywell 10 pint has performed very well. It is quiet, easy to use and set up, and seems to do a good job of reducing humidity in our basement. it is a very good product.

This unit does a good job of removing the humidity from our basement area and is relatively quiet. The hose hook up to the drain is handy and saves having to empty the container.

The dehumidifying function works well as expected from the expert reviews. My only disappointment is that it’s a bit louder than I thought it would be. I empty it once a day and may not needy or do it that much when I get used to it.

Replacement for 10yr+ dehumidifier that died. Setup the new one in basement to automatically drain. Works very well. It's keeping the basement humidity at 40%. Didn't think I needed wifi connection but now love the app. I don't have to go down to the basement to check the current humidity level, change fan speed, or turn on/off. Don't know how the timer mode works as I have on auto mode. Like the check filter notification from the app. Also like being able to access the filter without removing the water tank, which the old one required.

This is a relatively quiet dehumidifier that definitely does a good job of drawing out the moisture. The only flaw is that the tank could be bigger.

Very nice unit. A bit loud but it’s a high performing machine. About 8 hours and it lowers my humidity at the ground d floor by 20%

This is a very efficient unit, take a lot of moisture out of the area. Very quiet.

It is really nice to get alerts on my phone when the tank is full. It also runs pretty quiet compared to other dehumidifiers I have owned. It really does an excellent job of removing the moisture. 2 speeds. Recently I shampooed a bedroom in the basement, I put the unit in there an shut the door and set desired humidity to 30%, When I turned it on the humidity was at 50% and it dried out the carpet fairliy quickly.

For all of its intended functions, it works great. The machine is pretty nice looking, too. I was even amazed to see how solidly it was packaged for protection. However, I have to give it a 4 stars because the Honeywell app that's supposed to run on my Android phone does not work per the manufacturer's instructions. I tried different ways and things and nothing works and so I finally gave up. I consider the phone app is just some extra bells & whistles that I don't really need after all.

Installed with ease and has been working fine. This is the fourth unit and the first Honeywell we purchased in the last 20 years and it appears to be the best. What I like the best is that the removal, pouring of the water, and replacement was the best of all that I used. Strongly recommend this unit.

I have used my dehumidifier now for almost a month and I have no complaints and runs quite it is everything that the web site shows it does and very easy to program
