Works great. Easy to set up. Trying to register unit is a "1".

If you live in a very humid climate, you need this product & you probably don't even know it! My air conditioning technician kept telling me to buy one for over a year and half, he swore it would make a difference. I was stubborn and didn't want to spend the money (& Cheap!). I ended up buying this product and everyone in my house couldn't stop talking about it in the morning. You instantly feel a huge difference and it is insane when you see how much water is in the atmosphere in your home. We don't use it in winters, but we cannot live without in the summers! If you live in Southeast Texas or in Florida--- you need this product!

Easy to set up. Working harder than I would have expected in a small basement but doing a good job.

I have had this dehumidifier for about a month now, and am thus far very pleased with it. I have it placed in a 2-car capped garage with a 15' ceiling. The unit was initially confusing to set up for WiFi, but once I realized that when the setup instructions say to set the unit to "standby" they mean "plug it in but don't press the power switch," then all at last proceeded nicely. The unit has been a joy to use and control both from the front panel, and from the iPhone app. All control functions are available from the app -- except of course for emptying the bucket and cleaning the filter! The app quickly provides appliance status, including bucket full and clean filter warnings. To my delight, the app also includes the ability to set multiple On and Off Timers, which not only turn Standby on and off for specified days of the week at a specific time, but also allow you to set (change) the target humidity level, and the fan speed. Multiple timers are supported. And more than one dehumidifier can be controlled from the app, even when you are away from home. So convenient. I liked it so much I bought a second for use in the main part of the basement. My only wish list item is for the bucket to be a bit larger. I hope to never need the generous 5-year warranty! Got to go. I just got a bucket full warning on my phone.

This dehumidifier works really well. I had a small one that I kept on all the time and I emptied the bucked maybe once every two weeks. After about 2 days of plugging this machine in, the 70 pint bucket was already full and the basement smelled and felt fresh. The only thing I had to get used to was the noise. But being able to control it with my phone made all the difference. I timed it so it ran for an hour right before I started working and during my break/lunch. This was worth every penny.

Energy efficient which wasn’t listed on Best but description, removes 70 pints and you’d be blown away the amount of water that it removes from your air inside a 1700 SF living home. Don’t have hose hooked up out of back yet but plan to do so through a window once I find a watertight/bug tight window filler (forget what they are called). Has a pump to move water outside of hose used. Storage in unit not huge but bid enough. We run it daily until we can get an ac expert to fix our unit and reduce moisture in air... less costly alternate for time being until we can afford ac tune up

This summer has seen more rain than I can recall anytime in the past ten years. My lawn looks like its May rather than the end of September. It's thick, lush, and has no brown spots like previous summers. On the flip side, I've got a very damp, wet basement and needed a new dehumidifier to dry it out. This 70-pint Honeywell dehumidifier from Best Buy did the trick! It is the best dehumidifier I've ever owned and I would recommend it without reservation to anyone who's got problems with water in their basement.

I purchased this dehumidifier a year ago when my husband was having severe breathing problems from covid. It worked great for his breathing and cleans the air too. It's covers pretty much the whole house but I bought another one to have in the bedroom , bathroom. Let me tell you it's worth every penny. You can't get anything better.

It works good, it's quiet. Using it in a 1500 Sq' basement and seems to do well.

So far easy to set up and use. I don't use the wifi option so I don't have any opinion as to its functionality. It seems to work as described, therefore I'm happy with this purchase. These home dehumidifiers have become disposable items. I've purchased three from Sears, one from Menards and two from Best Buy. Do not expect these to last!!

It works very well. Seems to be well made. It fells solid and it is easy to use. (we have only had it for a month so I can't tell you how well it will endure. ) It looks good and it too. In some reviews it says it is loud. I does make fan noise and given this is the only unit we own I have no ability to compare to other units. I don't think this is excessive. I would recommend it.

I've had a few different dehumidifiers in my garage. This has by far been my favorite so far. The app is convenient to make adjustments remotely and you can see what the current conditions are. You can set a timer where it turns itself on or off at specified times. I like the larger capacity so it's a little quicker in pulling humidity out of the air and I have it plumbed to a drain that goes through my garage wall so it's able to run completely by itself.

My basement is about 1000 sq ft and this dehumidifier really works well during the summer . I bought it because I was getting a lot of allergies during the summer. First time I used it the container filled up with water quickly but after using it a couple days consistently the container would fill up every few days . You can feel the difference when it’s really humid in a room and when you have this dehumidifier running for a while

This is an excellent humidifier that dried out our excessively humid garage in just a few hours. Easy to use with the manual controls, very fast and efficient. The phone app, however, for which one is paying a premium, is terrible. With some difficulty, I did get it to connect. It shows the target humidity and current humidity, and permits me to change the target humidity. There is a tab for fan speed, and a timer tab that I have not used yet. And then there is a very strange tab labeled "Function" that actually has no useful function. It displays a pencil icon with the legend "Edit speed name", and indeed, if you want to rename "High" to "George", you can do that. What the app does *not* do is tell you when the humidifier is full and needs to be emptied. Quite bizarre. That said, I repeat that the dehumidifier is excellent at its most basic tasks.

Easy to use and lasts long. Alexa voice feature is innovative and effective.

The Honeywell Dehumidifier is doing a nice job, and my basement is now dry. I hope this dehumidifier lasts longer than our previous machines.

I originally purchased the insignia dehumidifier and after 2 months it stopped working. So I went back to store and traded it in. This product is great. I have it running in the basement 24 hours a day. It shuts off when the humidity level is reached and don’t have to worry about it. I only have to take out the water when it’s full
