The Honeywell Dehumidifier is doing a nice job, and my basement is now dry. I hope this dehumidifier lasts longer than our previous machines.

Easy to assemble and determine appropriate settings. Runs quietly and came with the drain hose.

It fills up everday and only hold about 2 gallons of water. Its great at removing water from the air. When I hook up a hose to it and have it drain naturally, it will be amazing. But for how big it is, I would have liked a larger water container so it does not need to be emptied daily. The drainage hose it comes with is only 4 feet long. I will have to buy a longer one which seems like i shouldn't have to for a unit of this price. But it does what it is supposed to great. My basement smell is gone.

Got this to replace a Frigidaire unit that faithfully served us for 3+ years. By the way, I highly recommend purchasing the Geek Squad Plan on any dehumidifier as all brands are notorious for only lasting 3-4 years before they fail. I am on my 5th different one in 20 years. I have purchased protection plans on the last 3 and have been able to use them on all 3. This unit is in our basement of our brand new home and it does a great job. New houses are prone to extra humidity from the drywall etc. needing time to dry out so a dehumidifier is essential. This is set up to run right into our floor drain so it doesn't require any monitoring. Took about 5-6 days to reach the set humidity level but once it got there it has been maintaining it. Nor sure if it is 100% accurate but the basement does not feel damp at all. Love the large display on the front panel so I can see the humidity level at a glance. App. is handy but I don't really use it that much. It does work as far as changing the fan speed, humidity level etc. as long as you are on the same wi-fi network. Time will tell how long it will last but I have the 4 year protection plan so I am ready. Highly recommended.

Easy to set-up and use. While tge included hose is not long it works for me and is great to have.

Efficient and fairly quiet. Gets the job done. Easy to remove the water from the storage bucket.

Good dehumidifier, at par with home labs albeit the capacity needs to be confirmed

Works great, actually impressed in comparison with my 220pint per day Sante fe, it actually outperforms it, so I bought another, and took out the big commercial unit. Im controlling humidity in a 600sq ft grow room. And for those that don't know the needs of that, let's just say they work extraordinarily well for their size.

Had this running for a while now and it's super quiet. It removes a LOT of water from the air. Replaced an old one that was way louder and would not remove more then a cup of water a week at the end. This sucks the water out of the air as intended.

Overall Dehumidifier works ok. It also comes with Wifi capabilities, but in order to use it, you have to use Honeywell-air-comfort mobile application. But using this app I'm unable to register. The basic user registration flow does not work! Unable to create a password! Also, seems this bug is at least 6 months old based on reviews for this wonderful application. Not cool at all! Works well and is runs with little sound. Added longer drain hose and it works great.

Our basement is approximately 2200 sq ft, and this unit replaced two older, smaller units. After a full month's usage, it has proven itself up to the task. I connected a drain hose to allow continuous use without emptying. I have reduced the humidity setting as the basement has dried out. It offers many other control options that, admittedly, I haven't had the need to try out. But it is doing exactly what I bought it for, with a minimum of intervention and effort on my part.

Extremely quieter than previous units used w the same capacity. Having Wi-Fi/Bluetooth abilities definitely make a better user experience, push notifications regarding full water bin or being able to change settings without having to physically get to the unit main benefits. Unit also doesn’t seem to run as hot or exhaust as much hot air.

I've had about six dehumidifiers of various brands over the years and this one is the best so far. Knock on wood! It works as you'd expect it to with a couple of exceptions: 1) The "target humidity" control is not very sensitive. If you set it at 50% or something like that it simply keeps running. That's not a deal-breaker but it's contrary to what the instruction manual says. 2) No matter who manufactures these, they don't pay any attention to how difficult they are to empty. The water retainer is very difficult to aim accurately so if you're pouring into a sink or toilet, you're like to make a mess. It takes practice and finesse. Everything else is fine. It works very well.

Very happy with the dehumidifier. Very quiet and very efficient.

Bought one and it ran for 4 days then read a E3 gas leak code and wouldn't stay running anymore after that and had problems with the app set up, and there is no instructions on how to set up the app with the humidifier. Other then that I returned the one that wasn't working and am currently trying out another one that seems to be working good for now.

Had no problem setting unit up, works right out of the box. It did a great job of removing humidity from the air. The only downfall is using the app to control it remotely. The app takes a lot of memory and does not respond or allow you to set it up. They were working on that issue.
