    Honeywell product is useless and so is Best Buy!

    I bought this unit after reading so many reviews only to find out that it does nothing to rid the air of simple dust and odors. It is rated at 450+ sq ft and supposedly turns the air over in that space once every 12 minutes. I use it in a space that is about 390 sq ft and, even if I place it on the my large desk, the dust keeps piling up and I keep sneezing. I am also very disappointed with Best Buy because they claim that no refunds can be issued after 15 days unless you belong to their elite program. Funny thing is that most places honor most appliances and devices like this for 30 days with no questions asked. I tried to return it last week (within 3 weeks of purchase) and was told there were no refunds. I guess we senior citizens are used to the good old days when a store was happy to have your business and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. A waste of $300 for the product is also a guarantee that I will not recommend Honeywell's product to anyone and will never shop Best Buy for anything again.

    The panel on top of the unit stopped working after three days of using it. There was multiple reviews on bestbuy.com that listed this as a complaint and I bought it anyways. Worked great the filter was catching a lot after a few days but I will not be buying a Honeywell again.

    While it seemed to work alright when used. It died just over a year after purchase. Will never buy another one of their products again if I can help it.

    Way too loud to have running when I sleep or I am

    I do not recommend this if you enjoy istening to TV, music or like peace and quiet. So loud, I can’t use, no idea if it works because it causes noise pollution.

    Had a strong odor

    This unit had a strong odor that seemed to come from the large filter. It caused several headaches and wasn't quiet. Better units out there.

    Bojghtbit. Returned it. Was a defective product. Exchanged it for a cheaper different Honeywell model. Much better than this one overall.
