When I tried it it didn't work OUT OF THE BOX. Lost my credit and was given a gift card for what I paid with card. Past year I've returned everything except one thing to Best Buy. The only this that i dislike if that if you move it, even if slightly it it turned off. And you will have to tirn it on and choose your setting again

Really like that you can just pick it up and it will turn off. It will also turn off automatically after a few hours. You cannot put it on the carpet. The lever on the bottom will not be pushed down enough to work. I put a plate underneath it and it works perfectly. I also like the style, very modern for a space heater.

These heaters are small but very effective. I love the safety feature of turning off when its not level. One of my daughters keeps it right on her desk by the bed and sleeps like a baby again.
