Purchased this to use on tile floors. Have used it once and very impressed with ease the of use and how well it worked.

My floor is a textured tile with white grout. This basically throws water on the floor and pulls it back up with the assistance of the liquid cleaning solution and a rotating brush. I like the cleaner because it makes the house smell clean however it is an added expense. The containers are easy to fill and empty. This lasted one year, the shortest amount of time I’ve had a floor cleaner before throwing it into the landfill. For months I had questioned if this was worth the fall risk. A lot more water goes down on the floor than comes up and it takes a lot longer for the water to dry than other cleaning methods. I usually take a towel to dry thereby making more sense to use a steam mop to begin with. The cleaning power is just as good as other methods but the amount of times I’ve hydroplaned while mopping or someone crossing after mopping is just not worth the risk to me. Grout is the curse of tile floors. This is fine for a clean grout but isn’t going to touch a filthy grout. The water reservoir is always dirty so it is cleaning but it doesn’t remove anything perfectly flat on the floor yet a paper towel will take it up with no effort. This drips a little water after mopping which can cause a slipping hazard or ruin a wood floor. I store mine in the garage. My recommendation would be to skip this product if you have textured tile.

I used the unit on my tile floor and it worked very well. It was easy to use.

As soon as I received it I put it to the test it really left me impressed floor left spotless solution smells great and didn't expect the different brushes 1 for hardwood floor and other for tile and grout that was a plus

This unit replaced a steam cleaner from a competor and i truly prefer. Beter cleaning on my older hardwood oak floors

I almost enjoy cleaning my tile floors now and know from the dirty water picked up that the floors are really clean.

This vacuum works really well on various surfaces.

Floor cleaner is a big help Floors never been cleaner Some improvements can be made though.sprayer doesn't always evenly spray and then it sometimes doesn't work, I use a spray bottle instead, also some stubborn dirt needs to be scraped with my fingers. But it does work , but is time consuming compared to a mop I thought it would be a quick miracle cleaner but it is just a decent cleaner

It’s okay, didn’t clean like i thought it promised it would, so i returned it. I have large dips in my grout, which i think was the main problem. Nice and small and easy to maneuver though.

This makes cleaning the floors in a house with 2 boys, dogs and a husband so much easier! You won't believe how easy it is to get your floors cleaner than ever before!!

Works really well on hard floors and is easy to use. Love that there is two tanks. One for clean and dirty water.

Works very good, we use it on tile floor, the only complaint is that the brush length is a little short to scrub the grout between the tiles really good.

Much better than any mop I have tried. I have tried most, spin, regular, steam, disposable, name it i have used it and still own it. Never going back.

I read multiple reviews and debated between a couple hard floor cleaners. From the very first use, the Hoover Floormate has worked amazing! Highly recommended if you have tile!

I love this floor cleaner. Unlike steam mops, it doesn't just spread the dirt around. The cleaner sprays fresh water and then squeegees it back up, removing the dirt from the floor. I also like that it doesn't require disposable cleaning pads or other consumables. A little more environmentally friendly. I had an older model prior to this one that eventually broke afterany years of use. This new model has some nice improvemts in terms of tank placement and suction.

It takes a while to scrub a spot out would take less time if I did it manually

Used this cleaner a couple of times now. Pretty much what I expected. Nothing outstanding, but it does a decent job. Better than using a mop!

I recently returned the product because the brush was weak at scrubbing. It's meant for light duty scrubbing. My steam mop works better.
