Really does not put out enough water to do that efficiently! On 15th day tried to return to best buy but they would not take it back! A waste of my money! I have flooring with a groove that I was wanting brushes to keep clean but it does not. Plus it cannot get up close to walls! Save your money! Another one of those if it is too good to be true it usually is! Not happy with it or Best Buy. Will never purchase from them again because of return policy!!

But it's not strong enough to draw all the dirty water out of the grout. I have color-sealed grout and it looks much worse after using this machine. I will keep the machine to use on a new house with hardwood and laminate floors, but on tile I am staying with my Oreck steam cleaner, which doesn't force dirty water into the grout.

The FloorMate Deluxe does come with separate Tile and Grout brushes, which should be able to give that Hoover clean to all your floors. If you continue to have problems, we recommend taking your cleaner to one of our service centers for inspection and repair. You can locate the nearest center to you on our site. Simply go to Support on the top right hand side of our page. Then "Find a Service Center" next, enter your zip code in the locator box.
