Best cleaning device all around for doing hard floors. Was very impressed and have recommended to many others.

I use this at our lake house where we have all tile floors. It's really great and I do not mind waiting (you have to move it slowly and go back and forth over areas that need scrubbing. It picks up the dirty water and grout does not become a catch all for the dirt the mop pushes around. I gave it 4 stars only because of having to move slowly to really get it clean.

had an issue with a clog... geek squad couldn't fix so they provided an upgraded model to replace

Works great on Tile floors and easy to add water and empty dirty water.

This device lasted four, cleaning my kitchen and dining room tile floors. Attempted to replace it with a new one using the geek squad warranty but unfortunately they no longer carry it.

Even though it's a little more work than a traditional mop, I appreciate how clean my floors are without having to touch dirty mop water. Be sure to empty the water out and dry parts thoroughly to maintain the device. I also got the warranty which is well worth it. It would be great if it was able to heat the water but it's great nonetheless.

Works great really cleans tile floors. Only down side are the water containers are to small. The switch from water to dry needs to be higher up on the handle.

This is an excellent product and it does what I want it to do.

Great idea and product. The cleaning chambers could use a larger size for cleaning the larger areas. The suction power could use some upgrading. Overall the product is good for the use on hard flooring and makes my job a little easier. Thank you.

Even when you think you have cleaned your tile or wood floors well, this product still was able to remove more dirt from the floor. It is especially effective on the grout areas. It makes cleaning floors much easier than any method we have tried.
