usefull, when i finish to use it, i clean the machine and is super easy.

Loved this item so much, bought a 2nd one for family.

Better than advertised. I have a very hard to clean floor and it got down into the cracks and left a super clean floor. I had no problems with it picking up dirty water.

I read the reviews from others and said oh my I have got to try this I tried it and love it no more mops yeah the price was affordable and it came with the recommended cleaning solution and I said why have I waited so long for you try it you'll love it

Distributes too much water versus pickup. We've seen the same issue on other reviews. Lesson: Sometimes you should believe what you read instead of giving the benefit of doubt when swayed by price.

Watched a tv ad about this product. With three hardwood/tile floors a traditional mop was too time stealing. Not only that but you just move the dirt around this sucks it up and your sure to have clean floors.

I bought this because I work loooong hours and can't always handle house chores. This makes it easy for my 6 month pregnant wife to "mop" the tile floor.

Makes cleaning super easy. Did have to have motor replaced after couple of months but Hoover customer care service took great care of it.

I liked the floor mate for once a month deep cleaning not for everyday use because it can be time consuming for my house to do but none the less it works great would recommend.

Does not work as well as I wanted it to, leaves alot of moisure on the tile floors so I need to use a towel to dry the floors

I will never mop again!!! To be completely sanitary, you would have to change out mop water each time u touch the floor. With this, you always have fresh clean water and another portion for the dirty water.

This thing works phenomenally! You need to do a few passes the first time, and go slow ,as it isn't the fastest of picking up water. Also, go WITH the grain of the floor, not across the slats!

Thought my floors were clean until I tried this machine. all i can say is wow

Great tool fro cleaning hard floor ... washes and dries so you don't have to wait to put the chairs back!

We have two dogs to clean up after and that can be a choir. The Hoover floor cleaner is good for that.

I put it together and was excited to see it work on my tile floors. It does not work well at all. My existing steam mop was a better cleaner and the soft brushes would not do anything for the grout. Taking it back to Best Buy today.

Amazing product. i recommend it for everybody, really worth it
