We are using this for luxury vinyl tile. Clearly, it's a workhorse on getting our lower level floor clean. Don't need to use it often. Cleans very well and picks up excess water up to allow it to dry quickly. Other reviews here swung me to this best in class product. They and now me are happy with this model over any other options.

What a break from scrubbing with a mop that doesn't clean very well. This cleaner also sucks up the dirty water and almost dries the floor after one pass. Best one on the market and at a reasonable price.

We have just remodeled our home and having two dogs, we have a lot of dirt and construction dust being tracked across our new tile floors. This cleaner has done a great job helping us feel a lot cleaner.

We have the regular hoover floormate, but misplaced the water tank. With two dogs, one a puppy who is potty training, we really can't be without it. So we decided to go get the newer one. Love it! If you have hard surfaces in your house and are still using a mop, you need this product! Cleans and dries.. Love it!!

Does wonderful job on our tile floors. Excellent at getting the hairspray buildup off the bathroom floor. Best investment we've made.! Love it

Love this floor cleaner. Just had my cement floors polished, and this cleaner works just AMAZINGLY well and easy to use. No more hands and knees cleaning for me.

We have owned this model for aprox. 6 years and love it for cleaning tile floors. bought this one to replace the older one that finally failed. It's a very good product for the money.

I love this cleaner. Quick for spills and easy to use for bigger jobs. Nice to not deal with disposable products and choose the cleaner I use for floors.

I wish I had found this years ago. It does a great job on both tile and hardwood. I love that the dirty water is just vacuumed up and the floor is almost dry when you are done.

Cleans well, but perhaps should have more downward pressure on grout scrub brushes. I should have bought the FH40170 that allows scrubbing without vacuum running.

I am extremely happy with the Hoôver hard floor cleaner. Easy to use ! My floors have never been so clean! The cleaner is a bit loud, but I feel that is to be expected. I highly recommend the product. Best Buy mailed it directly to our home quickly with no issues.

I have 2 Labrador Retrievers that track in a lot of dirt. This FloorMate does a good job scrubbing the tile and wood.

ive used all kinds of cleaners for my tile. steamers are good, but they end up pushing the dirt into the tile. with this, i dont even have to sweep or vacuum, and the best is that it sucks the dirty water up.

Very happy with this Floormate deluxe for cleaning our tile floors. Easy to use, large reservoirs for clean and dirty water. "Dry" setting suctions up nearly all the water and what little is left on the floor dries very quickly. The only cons are that you still have to clean all edges by hand as it doesn't get right up to the baseboards and it is a bit noisy. Those two cons are easily outweighed by all the pros. I like it so much I am buying another for our second home.

This has done a good job on our slate floor, if you have a regular tiles floor it would do an awesome job

This a very thorough and effective cleaning tool. The only downside is that it is a little heavy to push.

This is my second Floormate product. The new DELUXE is worth the little extra money. The tank holds more cleaning solution so you do not have tot stop to refill. Plus the dirty water tank is larger to. You can hear and feel the cleaning power.

I scrubbed this floor on my hands and knees and thought there must be an easier way to do this. Bought this scrubber and bingo....more dirty water.

Purchased this because I was tired of scrubbing my tile floor and it still looking dirty! It does an excellent job cleaning and drying the floor. I'm now done in half the time and the floor looks great. I was surprised how well it cleaned the grout.
