purchased to do wood, vinyl & tile floors. easy for an older person to use and does the job first time. Don't have to go over the area a second time, light enough for me to easily carry up & down stairs.

Lighter than the previous version, but diameter of cleaning surface is smaller. Still trying to figure out if I like it, but does the job!

I wanted something that would wet the tile floor, scrub and vacuum. This unit did it all. Far superior to the wet swiffer I had been using. I wish it had a feature that allowed it to scrub without the vacuum for those super dirty locations. Another model had this feature, but wasn't available. The scrub brushes do not get into the grout lines. It worked well on relatively smooth tile but on tile with depressions, it only does the surface. It did what I expected. I would not trust using it on wood flooring.

I love the hoover pet steam cleaner for tile,hardwood floors is awesome the only problem it does leak a little but I love it.

Purchased for use in our women's clothing store that has hardwood floors, easy for employees to use, see through partitions let them know when to empty it and when it needs to be refilled. Doesn't smell like standard mops and doesn't require gallons of water to clean the floors.

Easy to use on tile and hardwood; good value for the price. Works great cleaning up after three dogs and their muddy feet.

Love our machine, you can see the dirt wash away, Love the drying feature, you can see the difference in your floor from a regular steam mop. Good for different surfaces.

We thought our floors were clean until we used the Hoover cleaner. The amount of dirt collected in the first use was amazing. Highly recommended cleaner.

Works very well on tile floors, dries them pretty good also. For best results pre treat your grout first, it will look new when it dries, at least mine did.

I have tried the old hoover floormate , ive owned 4 and several different Bissell floor cleaners, this is by far the best car cleaner I have ever purchased I did a lot of research before buying this one. I have 5 animals that are in the other my house and my floors are always wotless thanks to this floor cleaner!

This is great on tile floors and wood floors. The brushes are easy to change. It's amazing how much dirt this gets off of your floor.

Overall Satisfied. Easy to carry and easy to use. simple.

Scrubber works well and the floor is pretty dry after you are done.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants a cleaner floor. We just had a baby so we wanted to make sure the floor was extra clean.
