This vacuum works great, especially for getting out pet hair! I like that you can separate the parts to make a smaller handheld unit..this also makes it easier to clean the parts. It is mobile and useful being cordles..however, the batter doesn’t last quite as long as I had expected (which is why it got 4 stars instead of 5) But overall a great product!

I bought this vacuum to go in my camper for quick clean ups. It works so well I use it at home too! The charge lasts long enough to vacuum the entire house. It really does a good job picking up the dog hair on the carpet as well as the furniture.

This vacuum does great on my wood floors and carpets.

Great stick vacuum. Easy to use and cleans well. After second year the battery would no longer charge. Thank goodness I purchased a warranty, took it in to Best Buy was offered to have it repaired or store credit. Chose store credit.

My wife is smaller and she can lift it and move it around easy cleaning the stairs, carpet, rug and hard floors. It's convenient. She bought it, took it home and put it together herself and used it. It does a good job getting the dirt up. We will have to see how durable it is over time.

Vacuumed the whole house on one charge, including 2 sets of stairs. So easy to use. Recommend attaching to wall because it is top heavy and falls over easily. Didn’t give 5/5 because the suction strength could be better, but you get what you pay for.

Poor suction - returned next day. Clogged pretty quickly. Purchased Dyson.

Easy to use, I was amazed at how much debris the vacuum collected after just a few swipes. Lightweight, holds a long charge so no more cord! Doesn’t take much space to store.

while it worked it was an amazing unit. extremely light weight and picked up debris wonderfully and without effort on both carpet and flooring. Didnt last too long to have no pets or kids the battery just went out with defective lights. I will definitely replace with its newer version.

i now know stick vacuums are the way to go. the on button is a little fidgety, but the vacuum works well. its lightweight, and picks up a lot of cat hair...i have 4 cats, and this works better than i thought it would.

I love it!! Works great and is easy to use. Not heavy at all and the best part is that it leave the carpet really clean and same goes to the floor

The light weight is very convenient. However, the battery dies a tad to quickly for my taste if you were to vacuum every day it would be an in convenience because your battery would die 3/4 of the way through.

Been having too many issues with vacuum makes loud whistling sounds and caution light is continuously on even when we’ve taken apart the vacuum multiple times to see if there’s anything clogged and nothing is wrong. For the price that we paid for it we are very disappointed in this purchase, due to being let down on this light weight convenient vacuum for our small home. Makes us think a large bulkier vacuum would just be worth it instead. Maybe just a bad batch that we got?

I love this vacuum. At first i was scared because i really wanted the dyson.. but.. after i tried this one i am sooooo glad i went with it. Works amazing battery last approximately 35mins .. so it lasts longer than expected.. i have long hair and it falls alot so there's hair everywhere (literally) i also do nails at home so theres dust everywhere and this vacuum picks up every strand of hair and every spec of dust flawlessly .. im very happy and sastify with my purchase. For a person that doesn't like or doesn't have time to clean this is literally a life saving investment.

I bought this vacuum to use in my trailer when we travel. It works well for what I use it for. I wanted something that would come apart for use like a dust buster also. I like that the battery comes out to be charged, that way I don't have to worry about it being hooked to something on the wall. I did purchase a second battery, as some of the reviews that I read mentioned they wish they had done that, in case they needed it to finish a job. I haven't had any trouble with battery life though. I do use it in our home also, so it is versatile for both uses.

This is ok. I have a Dyson animal too. The basic Hoover is not as good. If you can spend the extra money and buy the next model up. It's good and comparable to the Dyson V8.

So, I bought this vacuum and used it about three times before it just stopped working. It gave me an error message and wouldn’t start. I contacted the manufacturer and they ran some tests with me over the phone. It still didn’t work so they suggested that I take it back to Best Buy. I did and they replaced it right away and gave me the same model. I’ve used it twice since I got the replacement and it is working well so far but I’m getting an error message again (exclamation mark). Not sure what it means but it continues to clean while it’s on. I’m going to read the manual and look into it but I’m a little weary about this purchase so far. On a positive note the manufacturer and Best Buy were great with helping me out and resolving the issue. Hopefully I don’t have to contact them again about this vacuum. IF so I’m just getting my money back and trying out a different brand.

Works great on my hardwood floors to pick up my pug's hair. Has a long lasting charge and still light weight.

This vacuum works fine but gets clogged very easily. There are two girls with long hair in my house and we are having to clean out hair in the brissles more often than I would like. Should have sprung for the dyson rather than trying to save some money.

It's a good vacuum for the money, has a couple of design flaws (battery doesn't always connect well, have to keep putting it in and taking it out). I bought it for cleaning up after my two big labs. Battery charge last long enough to vacuum the house.
