Works extremely well on carpet and floor tile. Battery is very durable and lasts a long time on a single charge. I can clean a 2400 sqft house multiple times on a single charge.

I was very surprised at the power and suction for such a light-weight, cordless machine. The height of the beater/suction head is also very low, allowing me to vacuum under furniture and other objects, which I could not do with the heavy-duty corded models. The bagless feature is definitely a plus, in my opinion.

We are an older couple ( seventies), and lugging a large Miele tank around was taxing our energy. Although the Miele remains in the closet for big clean-ups, this little vac cleans rugs and floors, and handles effortlessly. It rests against a wall behind a door, and is very light weight and easy to use. Lithium battery is good for at least a half hour before charging. This vac works with the power brush switched "on" or "off'".

This has got to be the Best vacuum I have purchase in a LONG time!!! It is extremely light, will pick up dirt and debris that our regular upright will leave behind (and that vacuum costs about 4 times as much as this Linx), and is small for easy storage. My only complaint (if you want to call it that) is that the battery will drain down from a full charge down to empty in about 15 minutes or so--I rectified this by buying an extra battery. Overall, one of the best purchases I have made in a while.

My girlfriend was talking about hers and suggested I get one and of course I somewhat refused for awhile...she talked me into it and I am quite happy with it. I can get it and clean up the kitchen floor in about 2 minutes. I like that! Don't use the broom except for close spaces and it picks up what you swept. I would have to rate this one as a great product.

I have one of these Hoover Lynx and also bought my mother one but after 10 yrs mine it is making really terrible noises in second gear still works in first gear but can't stand the noise. So I wouldn't EVER be without one Ever, so I bought another and the next week I saw it on sale less than what I paid here so I bought my daughter one. We all love our Hoover Stick Vac Lynx. Plus I also bought mom and daughter and extra battery. I couldn't live without one. IT THAT GREAT. THANK YOU HOOVER ITS THE BEST EVER

I wanted a lightweight battery operated vacuum that I could handle from my wheelchair. I wanted to be able to clean my house quickly and get rid of all of the pet hair that my cat and dog leave around. I wanted it the vacuum to be easy to clean And easy to dump. This vacuum fills all of my needs. It makes it easy to clean even from a wheelchair.

We purchased Linx Cordless Stick Vacuum about a month ago. It was easy to assemble and use. We wanted something to vacuum our new hardwood floors that was cordless and that had the ability to turn off the beater bar so that it would not damage the floor. So far, it has worked as advertised. It is very convenient to pull out the vacuum and sweep a small area without plugging it in. It is easy to empty the canister. The battery seems to last long enough to sweep a large area.

I first purchased this Hoover - Linx Cordless Stick Vacuum when it first came out. I'm still using it several years later. It is light, quick, efficient and the battery lasts quite a long time. I use it everywhere for a quick, but thorough pickup....tile, carpet, wooden floors. I just purchased this second one to keep on my second level.

really like this item works well the only thing I wish I had on it is an option to use attachments . it also doesnot go under the bed. it should lie flat to go under furniture

I needed something to pick up dog food crumbs since I did not want to pull out my regular vacum for this, and it works well. It not only picks up the crumbs, it gets alot of dog hair that I did not even realize was there. Since I have 4 dogs, there is alot of crumbs and hair and so far its holding up well.

Great vacuum...So much easier to pull out this vacuum instead of pulling out my plug in vacuum.I use mine on wood floors and it picks up most of the dirt and great with dog hair. Happy with purchase

The Hoover Linx is a quick clean vacuum with great suction. Hoover Linx is light and can vacuum under furniture easily. I buy extra batteries to charge and be ready to exchange. The battery lasts about 15 minutes. The dirt cup is east to remove and the filter sponge can be washed easily. This is my second Hoover Linx purchase, I bought one in 2009 and it is still working. I have one Linx stored near the kitchen and on Linx for the bedrooms.

When my eureka 2 in 1 stick vac died I was hesitant to spend over $100 on this vac, but I'm happy I did. I use it twice daily to clean up after my twins. Holds a charge great, I usually charge every 3-4 days. Vacuum had power almost like a plug in. I was worried about the negative battery reviews and not leaving a battery on full storage but I use it so much it will never be an issue. If you are looking for a strong battery vac then buy this one.

The Linx is easy to put together out of the box. You can turn off the rollers so as not to scratch hard wood floors. Great product for the price.

This cordless vac works so well that I think you could use it for a primary vacuum cleaner. I bought it as a second vacuum for quickie spot cleaning but it is strong enough to handle a lot more.
