I checked this vacum out on consumer reports next to the Dyson it rated best.in test it's charge last a good 20 min. And it let's you know when it needs a charge.it also has picked up everything I've put before it no blowing out of dust and it's very quiet.it looks and seems like it would be flimsy but don't let it's simpleness fool you. This little guy is a beast.I totally love it I'm older and wanted something easy to use so I wouldn't have to sweep and bend down. I'd highly recommend this little vac.

I have serious problems with balance. It doesn't take much to make me lose my balance and fall. I especially struggle with things like sweeping and vacuuming so I've been considering a lightweight, cordless vacuum for some time. I read reviews and there is so much conflicting opinions out there that I decided to stop stressing about "the right one" and just give the Hoover - LiNX a try. I am so glad I did! It's lightweight and cordless, both a must for me. The suction power is impressive, and the fact this also has a roller brush to help pick up things in the grout on my kitchen floor makes this the perfect vacuum for me. The only draw back - and it might not be a problem for anyone else - is that I find releasing the holding tank/cup a bit tricky. Again, my balance is a problem because it's hard to get the tank to release and not spill all over the floor while trying to get the dust/dirt into the trash can. Other than that, I am a huge fan of this vacuum!

I was getting tired of using my heavy vacuum on my stairs and started looking for a lightweight cordless vacuum. I wasn't looking to spend much, but this one is worth every penny. It has great suction and works well on both my kitchen floor and carpet as well as great on rugs. Where my heavy vacuum has picked my area rug in the past, this one rolls right over it and still cleans it well. I was so impressed the first time I used it, and continue to be impressed by it.

This Linx cordless vacuum is easy on the user due to lightweight construction. The handy brush activation switch makes for easy battery conservation, when opting to minimize brush running time. Suction pickup power is surprisingly good even when the brush is turned off. With only minimal practice, One will get very good results from this stick vacuum's great performance capabilities. Our family members buy Hoover Linx vacuum cleaners, for all the right reasons!

Like not having to plug in. Goes from bare floor - suction only, to carpet cleaning with the brush roller with a push of the switch.

Exactly what I needed for home so I don't have to get out the broom and dust pan for quick cleaning. Perfect for hardwood, tile floors, and, rugs. With the removable battery, the vacuum can be kept in the closet and the battery charged elsewhere. The vacuum is lightweight and easy to empty and clean.

Very light weight vacuum, significant suction for a tiny machine. Love the convenience it provides me with the ability to move around the house cleaning up without lugging a hefty vacuum up and down the stairs. Cordless feature is the best. Only takes roughly 3 hours to charge, but provides me with enough charge to vacuum the rooms, hall, and downstairs area (live in a 3 bedroom condo). Works well on carpet and hardwood floors. Doesn't leave any marking on the hardwood floors either. Can't mention enough how light this thing is, love it!! Plus super easy to clean the tank and filter. :)

This is my second unit. Now I have one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Did for convenience only. Great unit. Very good for quick touch up. Lightweight too.

I have waited before review this product so I had time to really see what I liked and how it profoamed. I was replacing a 2-1 cordless on our 1st floor which is all hardwood. We have 3 cats and run the cordless several times a day. Our old system had a charging dock so the vac was always charged and ready to go. This vac has a battery which you take out and put on a charger. It is also not a 2 - 1 which was my fault for not seeing that. The head on this vac is heavy and I like that, however the handle is not, so if you tilt it to get under a table the head come off the floor. It has 2 switches to go from floor to carpet. It also has a battery light to show how much charge you have left. It's easy to empty and has great power. After a couple of weeks downstairs we changed it out with our upstairs 2 - 1 vac. I like it so much better on the upstairs carpet and it does fine in the bathroom. My biggest problem with this vac is that head coming up. Even when I do my carpeted stairs I have to push it down. That's why I give it only 4 stars. As for the battery it fully charges in 3 hours and I can vacuum the entire upstairs and stairs without running out of power 1000 sf.

I purchased this vacuum as a gift for my daughter. She has wanted one since using mine that I purchased more than a year ago. My sister also purchased one on my recommendation. She uses hers everyday and loves it. I recommend charging the battery completely before using the vacuum for the first time. The model is lightweight and easy to handle. It works especially well on tile and hardwood floors. It is very handy for a quick clean-up in the kitchen! It is easy to empty and easy to clean. I remove the filter on occasion and rinse the filter and allow it to air dry.

This is a great stick vacuum! This is my third over the years. They work great at picking up everything including pet hair. It’s light weight and easy to charge. I can do the whole house on one charge. I like that the battery removes to charge in its own base instead of having to find a plug for the whole vacuum. Would definitely recommend this product.

This is a great little vacuum for daily sweeping of hard flooring, rugs, and carpets. Maneuvers easily to go under chairs and around other furniture. The battery lasts long enough for a complete cleaning of the traffic areas of our home. Picks up pet hairs with ease. The only thing that would be nicer would be if it had a removable attachment to use on sofa cushions, etc.

I used the Hover Linx as a volunteer cleaner at our school. I found it a delight. Living in a 1000 sq. foot 2 bedroom condo, I can clean our whole unit with battery to spare. I was impressed with how much debris it collected. Emptying and cleaning the canister is quick and easy and having a separate charger is a big plus. This vacuum makes my life easier.

We recently installed new floors and needed an easy to use vacuum for our luxury vinyl plank floors (another great purchase). All I can say is, wow! I love this vacuum, it is easy to use, light weight, cordless, and does the job. I am able to vacuum about 1000 sq feet with not problem with the charge, and it is easy to use on the stairs.

This is a great little vacuum. We use it in an office that is 3000 sq ft, mostly carpet (about 90% of the area). Lightweight, low profile, easy to handle, good suction. Easy to discharge and clean the dirt cup when you're done. It has a washable, reusable filter. Well worth the price.

I was skeptical about getting a cordless vacuum. I've read multiple reviews of multiple products. I'm glad I settled on this vacuum. It works great. I have hardwood floors, plush carpet, flat carpet, and tile. I use it all over the house. Easy to lift and move, works on stairs. The battery lasts quite awhile for me. I can vacuum the stairs and use the switch on the handle to pickup dirt and cat hair on tile with some power left over. It's definitely not a replacement for my main vacuum but does a great job for quick work.

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made! We recently bought a new house that has all laminate and tile floors. We have a long haired dog and the hair was quickly accumulating throughout the house. We also have three area rugs so I wanted a vacuum that would work on the hard surface floors and the rugs. This vacuum has exceeded all my expectations! It is super light and easy to use and works equally well on all types of floors. Our house is roughly 2,000 square feet and I can do the whole thing easily on a charge. I have not yet had the battery run out on me. The only thing I wish this had was an attachment to get into small spaces, but other than that, it's perfect!
