Bought this back in late November 2020 and it stopped working after about a month and a half (in Jan 2021). I kept trying to contact warranty and ask for support/help on how to go about sending it in or getting a refund but they sent back a generic email, never picked up calls, or returned an actual response. The warranty team at Hoover completely disregarded the request and I have been waiting almost 3 months now. Recently I contacted Best Buy and they have informed me that the most they can do is send it to Geek Squad to take a look (extra $$) since it has past the return date and I don't have the original box. Also when it was working, it was honestly very mediocre. It left the floor really damp and wet and didn't really pick up the moisture as one would expect. Tried 3 different floor solutions with it and it still left a lot of dirt in my floors, especially tile floors. I went over it with a swiffer and it picked up more dirt than this machine. Also the cleaning process was very tedious as you would have to clean both the bottom and the middle section vs. just one portion as other machines are. The battery also doesn't last long.

Awesome vacuum!! I love the fact that it’s cordless!! I got maybe an hours worth of cleaning done before I had to stop and charge the battery. But I used it on an area rug and wood flooring just to see the difference and it really works wonders. The cleaning solution really picked up the dirt and stains in my rug and left it feeling soft and fresh. It did clean and sanitize the wood flooring but left it dull. That was an easy fix with some wood floor polish. I have already recommended this product to my whole family!! Definitely worth the investment.

I use this mainly on my oak kitchen floor. It is the only way I can get it really clean. I really like the battery power and no cord. I would buy it again.

We bought this to clean tile floors and laminate floors. It does a great job on both. I recommend it.

I was looking for a cleaner for ceramic tile and hardwood floors with older pets. After purchasing I tried just the kitchen ceramic floor and it took two charges to finish. Also the battery takes a long time to recharge. I tried the eco button and it didn’t seen nearly as powerful and left even more water on the floor. It didn’t clean hardly at all, so I had to scrub some spots. The grout area wasn’t touched but I thought I would give it another chance. Cleaning the machine is also a hassle and it retains the smell of dirty water. The brushes have to be washed after each use and the squeegee area rinsed out thoroughly. The brushes don’t scrub at all and just push the water around. By the time I was ready to return it, my 14 day return period ran out, so I’m stuck with it. Overall, I would not recommend it. Cordless option is nice, but needs more work for efficiency.

My vacuum worked just fine from September to March until the engine started to go off as I tilted the body to use it. Then Hoover has sent a replacement that worked for 2 days until it presents the same defect as described. With the 2nd replacement delivered it didn’t work at the first time I tried to use. The same thing. Engine works but as it tilts it goes off. Very disappointing because the months that I’ve used before I was very happy.

Awesome idea for a product. Battery life was not as long as I would like however, that was an easy fix by adding a secondary battery.

works better than a swifter...takes a little bit to set up but once that is finished it works amazingly well.

I bought it and received within a week, as described its very good and light weight can go to the corners as well. Only thing could be better is the battery life.

We purchased this and it worked pretty good. We took it back because my spouse wanted a Shark instead.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. It cleans pretty good and dries the surface as it cleans!

I’m glad I bought the protection plan for this device. It only lasted about a couple years before it bit the bullet. It worked decently enough but was always a pain to clean, especially the roller. The batteries didn’t stay charged very long so I ended up ordering multiple batteries. After awhile, it was not sucking up much water after spills and I ended up buying multiple filters, which are almost impossible to get all the way clean. It was also finicky when it came to putting it back together after cleaning. I found several times where I had no suction after putting the bottom back on. It ended up being human error each time, but it was time consuming and frustrating every time. You have to clean it almost right away or else it ends up smelling horrible.

I absolutely love this! i use it every night and my floors are so clean. It cleans my dog hair as well.

It was a ok vacuum / floor cleaner. Battery life was not impression. Standard.

Hands down the best vacuum for my hardwood floors that i've used. Does a great job at not leaving streaks and has lasted a long time.

This vacuum works great on hard floors not perfect on rugs but it will do the job.

With a house full of tiny paws constantly running around keeping the floor clean was a neverending battle. While this obviously didn’t stop that, it at least was a trusted and dependable ally in my ongoing battle. Unfortunately though my battle hardend cleaning comrade fell… My bs warranty won’t cover the damage. It was fantastic will it lasted.

This is a great product and very impressed by what it picked up. Leaves the floor clean.
