Great suction picks up dirt even when you think the floor is clean and I love the wind up cord.

Scooped up this vacuum because it was a great price on sale and it does the job.

The Hoover Power Path Deluxe Upright is one of the best carpet cleaners I have ever purchased. Others do not remove the water like this one does. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

We were looking for an upright but smaller carper shampooer for pet accidents. My husband assembled and started using. Within a couple of minutes it started smoking and something seemed to be burning. We immediately unplugged and took it outside. We followed all the correct installation procedures. We are now looking for a different brand.

This thing broke in literally (not figuratively in the least bit) 5 minutes! Smoke came out the left wheel and my house smelled of horrid burnt plastic/rubber. It broke so quickly, I had to throw out almost a full container of soapy water mix. I couldn't even finish cleaning up a 1-inch x 4-inch section of dog throw up (sans the solids)! Ironically, I feel like I just burned up $65 of my money when I saw the smoke. I hope Best Buy or Hoover refunds or replaces my brand-new machine or I'll never buy another Hoover product or shop at Best Buy again. Not like Best Buy has a decent refund policy anyways. **BUYER BEWARE**

I bought this to replace a big, bulky bissell that has been broken for quite a while. It cleaned up all the messes my two puppies have made in the past year (through the housebreaking stages even). I thought at first with it's size (its small for a steam cleaner) that it was going to take forever to clean my carpets but instead of taking several passes to clean spots it cleaned them right away. The only thing I could say negatively about this cleaner is that the tanks are very small so they have to be filled/emptied very often but they are so lightweight and easy to remove and replace it wasn't tedious like the bigger ones. I definitely recommend this product to anyone that needs a great cleaner at a good price. Finished a big job in little time.

I buy things on sale, stash or stack them away and eventually gift them, use them when I need to or when I again remember I have them. I have all wood laminate and porcelain floors, but I decided it was time to give an area rug a good cleaning and the machine stopped working on my VERY FIRST USE!! I'm just glad I didn't give it as a gift... I HAVE to stop buying things from Best Buy, because in some cases - it really ISN;T.
