I had an older model and this model is easier to take apart and clean. I have two dogs and it really does a good job.

I purchased this for a household with several indoor pets. I have been through 3 different types before going to this one. I was impressed by how well it cleaned and how easy it was to not only use but to clean the tank afterwords.

I purchased this last spring, but just used it recently. I had to clean my carpets since I was moving. The cleaner picked up all of the dirt from my year of residence. It's also easy to disassemble and clean. I did notice, however, that one of the seals is loose after only 2 uses. So when I put everything back together, I have to make sure the seal is in place, or it leaks. I have a warranty, so I plan to follow up and see if there is a way to have that issue corrected.

Easy to use and understand the directions. I had to replace the water often though. But overall it did a great job!

I have really enjoyed this great carpet cleaner. Love the heated water and dryer as well as the separate system that keep the clean water and cleaning solution separate. My last carpet did not have that ability.

Prior to this purchase, I owned a Hoover Spin Brush carpet cleaner that was 14 years old. I didn't think they could improve much on it, but I finally decided I deserved another. I was drawn to this because it has the brushes that spin and the one bar type brush that goes the other direction like a vacuum. It also has a stiff small brush that really seemed to do what I needed as far as separating the fibers. This is great and it is easier to use that my previous model as far as removing the dirty water tank and removing and refilling the clean water tank. It's also lighter and easier to maneuver. I highly recommend it!!

This carpet shampoo system far exceeded my expectations. It is so easy to use and is light weight so easy to move around the room. The carpet was cleaner than any time we have used rental machines. The price was great too.

I purchased this cleaner just to maintain my carpets. It does a great job, seems to get deep in the carpet. Very easy to use. I vacuumed first with a quality vacuum and it still pulled out more of my pets hair.
