This is the first carpet cleaner I have ever purchased and it is very easy to use and cleans great.

This floor cleaner does a great job. I had one for a year but had to return it because it somehow became clogged. I had purchased the warranty on it, and it's good that I did. Best Buy replaced it no problem. The new one works wonderfully. I use it on tile floors. I have not tried it on my area rug yet, but I expect to soon. I'm sure it will do as good of a job on the rug as it does on the tile. It even cleans the grout lines.

Would recommend this product coz it meets all that is described on the manual. A carpet washer could be better though once it has more capacity to drain out excess liquid post wash!

This carpet cleaner made my carpets look like new.

Love the 2 rows of brushes feature. The brushes are stiff which actually scrub the carpet. Most brushes are fairly soft. Sucks up the water pretty good but I think it could be better.

Cleaned carpet well. Shampoo and brush agitation loosened soils. Vacuum action picked up soiled water, leaving carpet clean and reasonably dry. While it was very easy to clean the vacuum nozzle and the SpinScrub brushes after use, it was a bit difficult to clean the roller brush and the housing behind the roller brush. As a matter-of-fact, the User Manual doesn't even talk about cleaning the roller brush or housing.

This cleaner is amazing even removed grease stains.

I enjoy the light weight which makes it easy to use

i had an old hoover, which i had for years and loved it. when it died, i bought a bissel....BIG MISTAKE! ended up donating the bissel and bought this one. the carpets get clean, and almost dry when finished. good idea to spot treat heavy soil areas first.

I have a 1220 square foot with little carpet. The one bedroom that has carpet out of three has shot carpet and needs to be replaced but I did it anyways and it did help. I mostly bought it for a area rug in the front room that has 1/4 white it. It looks new again and we have three little jack russels. Buy a big container of carpet solution, bummer to run it in the middle of a run. Be sure to vacuum first,

Fantastic, really, really cleaned our carpet. We have a dog and I thought nothing would get some spots out. Easy to use with great soaps and spot treatment, just follow the instructions.

I was surprised and impressed by this cleaners ability to get rid of stains and ground in dirt. We had years of build up where the carpeting had been neglected due to the landlord not keeping his promises. We decided to invest in our own cleaner and couldnt be happier. Although on shag carpeting it leaves large lint balls that must be removed by hand but otherwise its ease of use makes up for that.
