Decent cleaning

The clear parts allow you to see what the water is doing and how clean or dirty the water is. Although it's a little noisy, this carpet cleaner is very easy to use.

It noticeably sucks up more dirt. The containers are easy to fill and empty. It feels sturdy and after a month or so of using it, still feels well made.

It leaves the carpet a little wetter and takes longer to dry, but that's probably the user.

My first one lasted 10 years and was a wonderful machine. This one is just the opposite!. It won't suck up the water. It took 3 days for the floor to dry on a small spot that I cleaned up. I adjusted everything and tried again. Out of 2 cups of water I put in the machine, I was only able to pull up 2/3 of a cup back. Tried to take it to a service tech and he says he can't fix it. He says it is a poor design and there is no fix for it.

Posted .Hi Neveragain! Sorry to hear about the excess water left in your carpet. For optimum suction, we recommend taking steady deliberate strokes. We also advise more dry strokes than wet to increase dry time. For example; Do not keep the trigger depressed at all times. Pull the trigger then push the cleaner forward and pull back (one wet stroke). Then release the trigger and push cleaner forward and pull back two times (two dry strokes). Great other than non heated

It gets used often and takes up smells, stains and accidents without issues. Only thing I wish we would have noticed was that it isn't heated. It could have better suction power as well.

I bought this cleaner to in hopes of recovering from the incidents. What I found was incredible! The machine deep cleaned and made the carpet softer and cleaner than before. The evidence was gross but enlightening. It's a great buy and a miracle machine.
