I have a 4yr, 2yr old and one on the way daughters.Just bought a house in October that was not kept up by previous owner. This Cleaner has made it possible for my kids to spill drinks and eat in the house after one cleaning

This machine is easy to use and will pay for itself the first time that you use it. Great for tile as well as carpet.

Absolutely LOVE my new carpet cleaner. So easy to use, lightweight, and really deep cleaned my very dirty carpets.

It cleans very deep. It helped me revive carpet that looked completely messed up. I have pets and this is great solution if you want to get rid of deep stains.

I liked the result from this cleaner. The hand held does a great job, but be careful if the thing you're cleaning is uneven - It will spray cleaner solution everywhere. It is very light which is good. Need to use it more to fully know its capability.

Although, as most of these go, its a little bulky. But I love the power and ease of use. To fill and clean the different sections is realitively easy. I think it was a good purchase for the work I need it to do.

Not a bad carpet shampooer. Tanks are not that big.

The steaming/cleaning aspect of it is great; it picks up a lot of the dirt my animals have left on our carpet. The only downside is trying to clean the brushes/bottom of the cleaner after using; it seems to get stuck and it's in a hard-to-reach area.

Worked great for a couple years I have 3 kids and dogs and always did a great job of cleaning the carpets it did jus stop working out of nowhere and took it back to the store and got a replacement with the extra warranty

Bought this for my parents. It's light and easy to maneuver, and is easy to operate.

I would give this cleaner a great score for minor areas when it comes to cleaning, but a mid level score or below when it comes to whole room or whole house. The reason for this is simple... The vacuum is not strong enough to properly pull the water from the carpet, no matter how well you try. The remaining water can end up in resulting in a bad smell, or even mildew smell for a few days. I used to clean carpets for a living when I was a young man, so I have plenty of experience in how to properly operate the machine. I would recommend this for minor areas, small spills, heavy traffic area maintenance, or in between professional cleaning touch up only, not whole house diy.
