I use it to clean on a fairly regular basis because I have animals. It scrubs pretty well. Make sure you rinse out all of the pieces each time you use it. You'll have to do some minor disassembly. Otherwise, it will smell...badly.

Cleaner works well on both carpet and hard surfaces. It is all plastic and we have had two break. Best Buy's warranty has replaced it with no problems both times. I do wish it were easier to take it fully apart to clean it.

This is a good washer and floor cleaner. I don't have a pet but this gets stains from spills and accidents.. Cleans up nasty spots perfectly, this is a good buy.

Does a great job on carpets. Was told in the store that I could only use the tools on hard surfaces, but actually easily converts to a hardwood floor cleaner as well. Only thing I would like is a longer power cord.

It took the pet stains right out ! And left almost no water in the carpet ! It has a 1 gallon tank and retrieved about 90% of it ! I'm very happy with it

I was so happy with this purchase! It does the job so well. And get out all the tough stains on the carpet. I also use it on my tile Flor and I love it!!

I bought this due to a badly behaved pet. It has helped us out a lot. It is a good carpet cleaner. Main drawback- I find it abut heavy to carry upstairs

Great machine. Wasn't expecting it to clean that good. Got it on deal of Day way below retail. Wish the tank was a little bigger though. Overall great scrubbing power. Haven't used it on hard floor yet.
