Used it once, so far, on several rugs. Was very pleased with the ease of use, the type attachments that came with it, and with the amount of dirty water I poured down the drain. To be honest, I only assisted my wife in the process, but she was happy with how much easier this Hoover was for her to use than other models (i.e. a Bissel model about 5 years old). Clean up wasn't difficult, yet easier removal of the cylinder brush would have been nice.

went looking for different model they didnt have any left so checked this model out as it is newest to hoover line could not find a lot of reviews but this thing is amazing cleaned my whole house 3 bed rooms dinning room and parlor does seem to go though a lot of water but i think that is because the water tank is smaller but not enough to be a deal breaker i have both berber as well as textured carpet and did a great job on both

I have had this for over 1 month. The first time I used this machine I did my whole house. I have used it sense for spot cleaning (two dogs) and all carpets in house. Works well, easy to clean and fill with new water. I love the two different brush system. Cleans the carpet better than my old Bissell. Time will tell on the longevity of this machine however, I am completely sold on this right now! Would buy another right now!

Good machine with ample suction. Brushes work great my only con is the tank size. Ofcourse I knew that before purchase but if you have a dirty carpet in a standard 10x10 room you will need to fill the water up a couple times.

The cleaning power of this device is tremendous. It's long bristles pull dirt from deep within the carpet. My only issues with this machine are the sizes of the water tanks. Other than that, this machine will make your carpets nice and clean.

This product is light weight and gets the job done. LOVE that the dual action brushes leave my carpets looking and feeling like new. Could use a bigger tank, but overall completely satisfied with my purchase.

This carpet washer is just awesome. It actually works better than I expected. It's easy to operate and you can start using it in minutes after setting it up. It's so easy and works so well that I can't stop using it. I've cleaned every room in my house and keep looking for an excuse to use it. Easy to clean and useful accessories. I'm glad I bought it.

strong suction, dries up water quickly. Cleans carpet nicely with little effort of going back and forth constantly

We have 2 German shepherds and 2 cats, so my carpets have been abused by various pet stains over the years. I got almost all of them out on the 1st pass, but I also didn't spot treat the heavier areas like you're supposed to. Easy to use and the separate buckets make it easy to fill/dump the fresh & dirty water!

Very easy to use. Does a great job cleaning. The only thing that I don't like is that it's difficult to clean the carpet fibers/rug fibers out of the inside plastic parts

This is, without exception, the best carpet cleaner I have ever owned. Not only does it clean well, it is easy to maintain. I also must say that Best Buy went over and above dealing with a previous problem with my old carpet cleaner.

This machine was very easy to put together. Took 5 minutes. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the water tank was a little bigger. Have to refill the water quite often to clean 1 room. Overall a great machine. It cleaned my carpets beautifully. The dirty water tank water got so black, I would have never thought my carpet had so much dirt!

We have a puppy and we use this steam cleaner almost once a week. It works amazing. The price was reasonable and so far it hasn't given us any trouble.

Easy assembly..wish the water lasted longer. Easy assembly and like that the attachments are in their bag

This is one great machine. It is easy to use, light weight and it has a little style. I love the wash or rinse function which allows the user to apply addition water to ensure a proper extract of the solution (Awesome)! The only con that is the seal on the bottom tank does not seal correctly so make sure you apply some tape or glue prior to using.

This is a great shampooer for pet stains and overall messes. Not too heavy to lift up stairs and includes attachments

This is one of the best carper washers i have ever owned, very versatile and easy to use. Makes my carpet look new when fresh washed.

The Hoover Path Pro is fabulous! We had ingrained pet and kid stains that were in our Berber carpet for a few years - with the first use of this rug cleaner they were gone! It was unbelievably easy to use as well. I highly recommend this carpet cleaner!

Great cleaning by such a lightweight machine! Our family room carpet looked new again. My son borrowed it and was raving about how much cleaner his carpet came out compared to those rented machines. We're all very pleased with this machine!
