SO FAR, WORKS GREAT AND VERY EASY TO OPERATE. VERY EASY TO PUT ATACHMENTS TOGETHER. HOLDS MORE WATER, FOR LONGER CLEANING BEFORE HAVING TO DUMP THE DIRTY WATER

Bought a house and previous owners clearly did not clean carpets before moving out. Bought this cleaner and not only was easy to use but did a great job.

I had read up on carpet cleaners and this one had good reviews. It's a good carpet cleaner but not industrial strength. People complained about the suction but I found no problem with it. It's pretty labor intensive to keep dumping the dirty water and refilling the clean water.

Great carpet cleaner. Only issue I've had is soaking up the water after rinsing but the after going over carpet a few times it really gets the job done.

I liked the machine. did a great job cleaning. I wish they all came with heat to dry the carpet faster. it took hours for the carpet to dry.

I left one star off because we have only used it once … I cannot comment on its longevity… but first use was easy and the results were excellent.

It was just as good as a professional. We have a very light carpet and it picked up the stains.

It's a good carpet washer and a great tile cleaner. However, I do not like how difficult and how much time it takes to clean the machine when finished.

I have an older dog and he has accidents in the house. I pull this out and clean up quickly and easily. Easy to clean and store!

The hoover is a great machine, does a great job...it is a little difficult to clean but once you get a system going it works very nicely.

This machine cleaned up the carpets very nicely got rid of the traffic Lanes and took out almost all the spots I would highly recommend it

We currently rent and hadn't cleaned the carpets in the year we had lived here. So we bought this Hoover Carpet Cleaner before the holidays! Took care of pet stains, kids messes and the regular wear of daily walking on. I would definitely recommend this product.

I liked the Hoover but I know rug doctor would be the go to for larger areas and a complete cleaning. This Hoover is greater for smaller areas.

We have had other brands of scrubbers and they didn't seem to work as well or look as good.

I have used other rug cleaners in the past and I must say I would recommend this to anyone, It has done a great job on our carpets. We rent our house and the carpet really needs to be replaced however this cleaner has made it look the best for being old.

Does the job well only complaint is when it's in upright position it does leak water

Awesome unit, cleans very very well. However, the front brush is very strong and ruined some of my carpet. I took the brush out for less agitation

We went through 2 of these in less than a month! Something in gets over heated. I will say that when it was working, it did an amazing job.

Did a good job of cleaning short pile carpet. Removed dirt stains. Be sure to vacuum first to avoid winding hair and dust into brushes. But on berber (loop) pile the brushes are very stiff and turned some areas into fuze. Problem is that you must keep moving, I think. Machine could use an on/off button for the brushes so you can vacuum up water without damaging carpet. Also possibly softer brushes.Would recommend with caveats.
