We had the old model for 10 years and finally decided to upgrade. This cleaner does such a great job at really scrubbing our floors and picking up the excess water. I love it and have never been more excited to clean my 1200 sq ft of flooring.

I was tired of wasting money renting carpet cleaners so I purchased this right before the Thanksgiving holiday and I'm glad I did! It's easy to use and I only had to go over my carpet once. Well worth the money!

It is built smart. it works great. and will pay for itself after 1 use. Tanks are a little small but it really gets the dirt out. Its best to use hoover soap. the other detergents you get with rug doctor made too much suds.

A little bit heavy but it sucked the dog poo right up. The release for the water and waste tanks are a little clumsy but not crazy. I like the knobs to adjust flow of water and soap. It does what it says and it's not that loud.

After searching and researching carpet cleaners I settled on this one. It was not the model I wanted but close to it and it was the same brand. What i like about this model is the hose attachment since my little carpet cleaner broke I needed something new. I figured instead of buying a spot cleaner why not get a 2 in 1. This cleaner did a good job, obviously not as good as a pro, but I'm happy with my purchase so far.

Needed a carpet cleaner to use at a rental. The carpet had been stained from previous renter’s pets and I was moving out and didn’t want to loose any deposit money( even though I had noted the stains). The realtor was so impressed with the “new” carpet look that she gave me additional money that they would have paid a professional to come in and clean. So does it clean-Yes it does! I only wish I had bought it before I moved out. But I clean my new home’s carpets that the owner claimed to have cleaned and wow the amount of dirt I got out of the carpet. So again - Yes it cleans and does so well!

The carpet cleaner works great. It is light and easy to maneuver around. The attachments are very useful as well for cleaning furniture. I highly recommend this carpet cleaner.

Works Well, Good On Pet Stains. Easy To Use, Easy To Clean Out After Use.

I have had many a carpet cleaner in my lifetime, some that are rug wetters (poor suction) and some that didn't have enough suction. This one has the best of both worlds. One caution, this one has so many brushes running that it started to beat up my rugs a bit. They need to be replaced anyway where this was happening but it certainly sucked up the dirt and then some!

Machine works great. It does get to be a pain filling up the tanks for large areas. I by passed this problem by filling up a bucket with water and then fill up the tanks from the bucket. This saved me from having to make back and forth trips to the faucet. I add gout cleaner directly to the floor, since this model machine is not capable with stronger gout cleaners.

Easy to use. Works well cleaning my carpet. Love the attachments.

I love the ease in which I was able to clean my carpet using this machine. Nice to have the attachments to use only on a spot or on furniture.

So far so good! Used it 10 times already when dogs feel like going on the carpet.. 2 sets of brushes do a great job cleaning. My only complaint is that i feel that it should have more suction power, or juwt needs more weight on the front. But i love it!!

Pros: Affordable price, Well laid out for the Solution and Water fill ups. Cons: Draws too much power, Broke once already but Geek Squad Protection to the Rescue very painlessly Overall this is a good Steam Cleaner for the price but it's not as effective on Tile as it may be on hardwooded flooring.

this carpet cleaner is almost as easy to use as a regular vacuum, and cleans the carpet to like new again.

I chose this item due to its light weight and based on other reviews I read. I have been very pleased with this machine.

this hoover carpet cleaner is amazing...my wife wanted to clean the carpets before a big family gathering, so instead of renting a dirty, nasty machine from the stores we bought this. I had no clue my carpets had that much dirt in them. we vacuum everyday because we have a black Labrador. The hoover by far exceeded my expectations. Combined with a good cleaner liquid, it will clean anything! Works great in vehicles too, with the attached hose/handheld attatchment.

Does an awesome job cleaning. You do have to make multiple passes to get the floor dry, but the cleaning it gives is great. Clean up of the machine is another downfall. It's not that easy won't use for quick clean spots.

Easy to put together, cleaning carpet is a breeze. Cannot wait to use the floor cleaning attachment on my tile!
