Easy to use, cleans great. Would definitely recommend to a friend

Definitely does a great job cleaning the carpet. But like other people, the gasket on the bottom is loose. Have to turn it upside down and play with it before you can close it properly.

Easy to set up and start cleaning with in minutes. Dual chambers for clean and dirty water makes the process much easier.

I was not sure about this carpet cleaner, but read other reviews and gave it a try. Carpets look really good, and feel good too. Happy with the purchase.

The carpet was cleaned but felt that it left more water in the carpet than I was happy with. The tanks are easy to fill and empty but could have used a larger tank as I had to empty/ fill it often.

Cleans very well. It does leave a little bit of wetness behind but I believe this is due to lack of weight on front end. Over all happy though

The rotating brushroll really gets the dirt out of my carpet and Dual V nozzle offers even suction for edge-to-edge cleaning, I use the hot water mode first to wash my carpet and hot air for deep cleaning and at the end I use the rinse mode selection to finish the job.

We are generally very happy with this machine. It is easy to use, has big holding tanks......................but especially it cleans better than any other we have had. We have tried many models and manufacturers over the years since we have several rental units as well as our own home. We had leaking in the first one so we got a quick replacement at Best Buy. They are great service and quick. We are very happy overall.

worked very well. I am glad i bought it. i did not get chance to do apostry. I think it was a good investment, certainly saved alot of money. Girlfriend loves it, says brushes work great.

I really like it better then my previous one. The only thing I don't like is I have to dump the reservoir more often then my old one but if it cleans better that is expected I guess.

I had the older version of this machine and bought this one as a replacement as the older one (2 1/2 years) was no longer picking up the water. My carpet are so soft and clean and dried fast. This machine is very easy to use and has powerful suction. .

We have carpet........and 3 kids. They do not go well together. The carpet is always needing a thorough cleaning and renting a cleaner can get expensive and a hassle to pickup. I saw this one had pretty good reviews, so I bought our first cleaner. It got out every stain that was possible to be cleaned (excluding permanent markers and gum! haha). It exceeded my expectations in the cleaning category. Now, for the downsides. I believe all of these have been commented on, but do not detract from it being an excellent cleaner. First, it uses a LOT of cleaner solution. I don't think this will be different with any other product. I'm assuming that it requires as much in order to get the carpet cleaned. This could be a negative, or it could be nothing at all. But, be prepared to buy a LOT of cleaning solution in bulk if you plan to clean several rooms. Secondly, the cord is short. This was mentioned by others and can be remedied by getting an extension cord. If you have a large room, or try to pass through 2 in one clean, it can be a small hassle. Lastly, and I think this is my only REAL complaint, are the small fluid containers. They run out fast! Sometimes you have to reload and drain both canisters 2-3 times per room. And they don't require attention at the same time, causing more downtime. Overall, I still recommend the machine. Thanks to it, my soiled carpet that I thought I'd have to replace, looks new again! I've used it about 5 times, approx. 3hrs total, so it'll need more use before I can say that it holds up well.

This shampooer has two sets of brushes, which gives vertical and horizontal scrub action. It is quieter than my previous Hoover shampooer. The only drawback is the tanks are a little smaller. But they snap in more securely. The previous model tanks tended to fall out easier (and crack). I'm happy with my purchase.

This one sucks up water better than most. My carpet was dry in morning and I felt like was overall cleaner than my previous machine. Only draw back is large footprint for storage.

Does a great job cleaning carpets. Not to heavy to handle, easy clean up of parts.

Great use as a whole all around product. In the house or in your vehicle. I personally used the hose and handheld wand to wash vehicle seating after 3 year old granddaughter.

The wife was wanting a carpet cleaner and this model does the job just fine. Not a bad investment if you take pride in your cleaning. The included attachments are a nice plus.

Lightweight, great cleaner, very easy to use, I love the separate chambers for the clean and dirty water, I have used this 3 times in 5 months my carpets really look new after each use.
