Was thinking about getting a Bissel but I thought the price to performance ratio would be better. I was spot on! This thing is great for cleaning. It does a much better job than the old hoover I used to have. It could be a little better picking up water but that is for professional grade stuff so I don't mind. Make sure you have a dehumidifier or a floor fan when you need to dry the carpet.

Very easy to use product and has done a great job on my carpet after my dogs had their way with them. Get the smell out although does leave a fair amount of water left behind

Had not cleaned my "white carpet"in over a year. I did not realize how gray they had become. For the price and the size of the machine I could not expect more.

Did a lot of shopping and comparing cleaners and decided to go with this cleaner. Did great job even in high traffic areas. Even better than the professional job that i had done two job months prior. Would recommend for sure.

It cleans the carpet good but the small tank is frustrating it's great for small rooms and hallways not larger rooms

This is a good Carpet cleaner. The double set of scrub brushed do a good job and it has good suction to get the water out of the carpet.

The scrub brushes are hard to get off for cleaning, but other than that it gets the floor very clean. And I love that I can use it on hard floors too.

This carpet cleaner does all you can ask it to do. It cleaned some older set in in stains right out of the carpet. I' m pleased with the result.

Had to replace our old carpet cleaner as the repeated use over the years with pets it finally just quit. Got this one home and went to work on some spots the old machine just could not get out and a little pre treatment and all the spots are gone. Just wish it had a larger tank for water and for waste. Takes 3 tanks to clean half of our great room.

Cleans really well. Works well with the spot remover spray. It didn't take out the older stains but definitely made the carpets whiter n cleaner

This is good for small rooms. It does the job, but unfortunately, the reservoirs don't hold enough to make cleaning a house efficient. I cleaned a two bedroom apartment and had to empty/refill the reservoirs 4 times for the living room and 3 times for each of the bedrooms. Comes with attachment to do spot cleaning with is a plus, but I wish I had purchased one with larger tanks. I bought the Hoover - 2X CleanPlus 64-Oz. Carpet Cleaner and Deodorizer with it. Carpet looks clean after using it.

had an accident in a spare bedroom and could not get it cleaned up went to best bye and the well educater sales man told me that this machine would do the job for me. Vert much to my surprise this machine that was very easy to use cleaned the carpet staines like new.

Plus is high quality vs completion and is small enough and light enough to manuver. Solid floor adapter is good. Upholstery tool is easy to install and use. Over sprays a bit. Drying of upholstery required. No power brush on upholstery tool. Seals seem to be well designed. We have used it 5 times so far. Consumer reviews indicated that 90% of product works great but factory repair is a PAIN. Bought the 3 yr Best Buy warranty.

Once you get the hang of using this cleaner, its easy. The attachments are nice for furniture and stairs. Easy to use

Trumps bissel - decided to upgrade to the Hoover and after cleaning a carpet that I thought was clean was far from it. This vacuum is superior for its price. Use the Hoover solution for best results.

I really love it, it's very easy to use, since I have 2 kids it's hard to keep carpets clean all the time. But with this washer I can do it no, very easy and simple as 1,2,3 steps to use and the work quality it's amazing I strongly recommend this product.

The carpet cleaner has great suction for cleaning heavily soiled areas and spilled liquids. We are using it in our bar business and it has worked very well.

Gets the job done. Water tanks fill up too fast. Doesn't work well with long carpet.

I bought this when my roommate moved out, and thought it would be a hassle, like the last one my parents always let me borrow. Not the case. Quick to put together and easy to figure out. Worked great, and already came with everything you need.
