It is light and easy to use. It's easy to fill with water and soap. Glad I purchased this one.

1st one I got worked great until it had a minor defect but luckily I had purchased warranty and best buy was able to exchange me for a new product

I have used this to clean my living room carpet. It took out every stain and spot that was there and made my carpet look refreshed and new. Love this product and pleased that I was able to purchase it.

Got this on sale in the store during a promotion. Was skeptical since it didn't have a separate tank for the water but it is powerful and deep cleans very well. The attachment vaccuum tool is awesome.

I've only used it once so far, but it worked great. Much lighter weight than my old one.

This has been one of my favorite carpet cleaners I've ever owned. It has made the carpet in my house look almost new again. I've had most of the carpet in my home for about 10 years now, and it looks good. I haven't tried to use it on my kitchen floor as of yet, but if it's half as good on that as my carpets, I'll be a happy guy.

Cleans well. Easy to use. Easy clean up, light weight. I haven't tried the upolstry cleaner yet.

Purchased due to ugly high traffic stains and dog marking territory near door. Certainly lifted stains and showed how dirty carpet was underneath, who knew so much dirt could be trapped!

Cleans up even our dog's messes, and is easier to clean out than some models we've used.

It Gets the job done. Cleans up the carpet nicely. Makes it look clean and smelling fresh. I have dogs and it cleans the odor of smelly dogs.

Bought this to clean up after our dog had a major accident on carpet. This machine is powerful and does soak up the stains with great effect. So powerful that on thin carpet, it starting sucking up carpet fibers! It didn't do any major damage, but something to watch out for during cleaning. I would recommended this for the power and effectiveness, and that it has the dual canisters for water and waste.

has some issues, the seal where the dirty fluid goes into does not stay in place.

i really like the different scrubbers on the bottom , they get my carpet super clean.

I purchased this carpet cleaning machine for cleaning upholstery and it did a great job. The only downside is that it takes allot of carpet cleaning solution which isn't cheap but its still cheaper than hiring a pro. I cant wait to try this machine on my carpet. I will write another review at that point.

i use it to keep my office carpets clean. does a great job. a professional cleaner charges $500 and up per cleaning. one clean of the carpets and the machine pays for itself

Worked well cleaning up spots and overall cleaning of carpet

I was in a pinch when the floods happened in december, went to best buy and found this gem. For the price this carpert cleaner does everything i need it to and more.

I have owned 2 home carpet cleaners in the past, but this one was much easier to use and to clean before putting it away.
