Very easy to use and cleans really well. Still takes time to dry but attachments are easy to use on all furniture as well.

Our Bissell died after only four uses. Repair shop quoted $95-110 so we told them to keep it and bought the Hoover from Best buy based on Consumer Reports ratings and the recommendation of a friend. Ordered online and picked up at the store the same day. We've only used it once but so far it cleans better, faster, and easier than the Bissell.

Great job removing stains & smells left by previous owner's dog. My dog actually laid on the area that was soiled badly. I was afraid he would sense the other dog and make his own mark. Instead he didn't even sniff around. - Granted I went over that area twice, did an overnight water/vinegar soak, then -after extracting the water/vinegar- washed one more time then rinsed twice. - Still, the carpet cleaner applied enough wash, the brushes did a great job scrubbing, then the extracted pulled the water out to almost dry. - Very happy with ease of use and results.

Easy to setup. Clean wells but takes some time to dry. Tank is smaller and have to refill pretty often. Make sure that you are buying the recommended cleaning solutions.

This is a big and heavy unit. I cleaned 2 carpets measuring 8' x 10'. For my use, it wasn't too hard. It does the job really well. My carpets look like they got their original colors back.

This is a great cleaner for the money. I bought one and had a problem with the sprayer attachment and Best Buy shipped a new one to my home within days of my return (they had none in stock). The cleaner works great and the easy switchover to rinse is key to getting the soap out of the carpets so they don't attract more dirt. The attachments worked great on steps and the suction is excellent so dry time is short. I solved the small tank issue by keeping a large bucket handy so I didn't have to make as many trips to the sink. Filling the container with water and solution was simple as well. I recommend it to any homeowner.

I had an old Hoover cleaner, which was heavier and I really wasn't sure if it was doing anything. They have definitely gotten better. This one is lighter, easier to use, and you can definitely see it cleaning.

Easy to use , light weight . does a fairly good job with my carpet looking noticeably cleaner. Should have brought this years ago instead of renting one from the grocery/hardware stores

I was skeptical of buying this carpet cleaner because it is smaller than the one's I usually rent. After using the first time I don't know how I never bought this before. It cleans very well. Also is not bulky or hard to use.

My Husband and I really like this carpet cleaner. It does a great job, is easy to use and isn't too heavy.

This is a very good cleaner for the price. Only issue I have is how often I have to refill the tank.
