My second one. Easy to use and cleans very well. Pet stains?? What pet stains??

The washer was easy to assemble, and it seemed it did a good job cleaning the carpet. That one time we used it. About 15 minutes into the second cleaning, the water tank started leaking all over the machine and the carpet. Yes, we followed instructions, we used tap water and Hoover shampoo that came in the box.

This carpet cleaner is easy to use and cleans so well. I love it and highly recommend.

I've purchased several carpet cleaners over the years, I must admit this is the best one!!! I was a little skeptical at first, but this machine has power. My carpets look great. 1 dog, 4 grandbabies. Carpet has taken a beating, but this Hoover did the trick!

I just got a puppy and needed to get a rug cleaner that is not to heavy and simple to use. The Hoover upright cleans very good, better than I expect for the price.

I purchased this for a family member who has a dog. When I went shopping for a shampooer this one was on sale and another shopper was there purchasing this model based on price and consumer rating. So I bought it and my family was not disappointed.

We read mixed reviews before purchasing this carpet cleaner. What sold us on it was looking at the before and after photos other users had posted. They were not lying. We have owned 5 other Carpet cleaners over the years and this was the best one yet. It removed stains that had been in the carpet for years that the cleaners would not remove. We really love this one.

Did a great job cleaning my carpet and was easy to use

I was very impressed with how well the carpet cleaner work. It is very easy to use. It cleans great without leaving the carpet too wet.

My carpet was wrecked. 2 years of wear and tear. A boyfriend and a new baby. I did my research and this was one of consumer reports best. It did what it needed to do. Of course my carpet was so bad that I had to run over it 3x before if finally started to look clean. But once it was done.... HUGE difference. I'm very happy with it.

My carpet cleaner died and this is the second identical one I bought having only raves for the first newly purchased one--snow birds and two homes. It has the additional feature of a rinse without the soap that I feel really makes the difference. Very happy-but realize this is the second one I bought having been so happy with the identical first one for the winter home. Told one that died must have been over ten years old, also technically does improve.

I have used many cleaners including the rug doctor and this by far is the easiest and most effective. Really like the cleaner ALOT

It is easy to use and light weight. Like the way it has the two different water containers. And I love that it has a bag for the extra parts to be kept in.

Bought this for my aunt who loves to tether carpets cleaned frequently, she loves it, says does a great job and fries quickly. She is excited about the money she will save in the long run by not paying for carpet cleaning services anymore

The sucking power is fantastic, but beware that this product is NOT recommended to be used as a dry vacuum cleaner. It has nevertheless the hand tube accessories and you can use it as a dry cleaner, assuming that there is a little amount of water in the dirty container already.

Awesome product, it works really well... I got the carpet cleaner because of my dog. The upright carpet cleaner is great, the upholstery tool I'd say is pretty average, you have to give it 2 or 3 applications before it's completely cleaned. Overall though, it was a great investment. It's a great way to clean up messes and pet accidents. The carpet cleaner is also very easy to setup and use. My 8 year old sets it up for me. haha!

I got a great deal on my carpet cleaner and I just love it! Very easy to use, clean and operate. It does an awesome job on the carpets!
