I really agree with the description of this carpet shampooer, that it deep cleans, my carpets have never been cleaner unless I hired a professional cleaning company.

I bought this specifically to clean up the "accidents" that my older dog is leaving on my carpet more and more frequently. You will have this carpet cleaner out of the box, assembled and in-use in less than 10 minutes (more like 5). It's a piece of cake to use. Instructions are thorough but it is so easy to use that they're really unnecessary. Use it one or two times and the item has already paid for itself (compared to having it professionally cleaned).

This machine does as good as a rental machine and as inexpensive as one rental machine. Why rent, buy this one, you'll be happy you did.

Bought this carpet shampooer to repalce a Bissell I had and works wonderful on carpets. Only thing I dislike is I think the plastic handle is cheaply made and could be stronger, scrubbe works great though1

Works great. I love the different attachments that come with it.

I was a bit skeptical because I had some pretty tough stains, but the Hoover was able to remove the stains! Now I will stay I cleaned the area thoroughly for over an hour. So the more effort you put into it, the better the outcome.

I had the previous model it was better than this one for several reasons 1the tank is smaller 2 the tank is tinted so it’s hard to tell how much liquid soap or water is in it and 3rd detaching tank is harder to get on and off that’s the neg the positive is the machine performs the same as th3 other machine I had

Have used it on all the carpets - 4 bedrooms, upper hall, stairs, lower hall, living room. Very easy to use. Cleaned stains that were several years old. We are not smokers and do not have animals, so most of the stains were from paint, fire ash, and food the children had sneaked into their bedrooms. Our only problem is it's large size and we haven't found a suitable place to store it where it's easily accessible, yet hidden from view.

I have some pretty gross dogs, and this works great with nasty smells and food stains.

Easy to use. Works well. Only problem is the cleaner gets used way before the water does.
