Cleans very well. Small tank though. Read the instructions!

Purchased because I have a puppy who’s had some accidents and I didn’t want to keep renting carpet cleaners, this works so well that I’d recommend this for anyone to keep their carpets clean and their house smelling fresh!

Worth the money. It seem a little plastic feeling to me but does job. I just figure this is the new way things were built better in the past.

I have used this to clean carpets, rugs and chairs. Works amazing. It’s a lot of hard work but worth it in the end. Much more cost effective than hiring someone to do it.

instructions for the machine and those on the bottle of cleaning fluid contradict each other as to how to fill the dual fluid chambers.

This machine works well for a consumer level unit. I did the living room carpet and it has never looked so good. If you use some good judgement and not get to rough with it I think it will last a good long time.

This is exactly as described, works great, easy to set up and manage. My only complaints are that the dirty water tank is a little small, and you can accidentally dump it all over your (newly and beautifully cleaned) carpets, if you undo the wrong latch.

good machine if you use it right and it was a good price when i talked to the best buy people they help me replace a older model which i had poblem with . they were great in the process of getting it in the car and everything.

Soooo much better than my old one. It's lightweight and easier to maneuver. Separate tanks for soap, clean water and dirty water. Like the circular brushes instead of the roller. Super easy to clean after use.

I had an old Hoover that worked ok. But this one really gets the job done. From the carpet to our furniture. Works like a charm. Even cleans the stairs well. I haven't been able to test it on my car seats. But I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Great peoduct

This vacuum is not as solid as my Hoover Platinum, so I was suspicious as to how it would perform. I was pleasantly surprised. The vacuum gains heft when you add the water, and it worked well on Berber carpet that had not been washed in 4 years, despite kids and dogs.

I bought this to take care of pet stains. Ive had the same carpet for way to long and have never used a carpet cleaner on it. Using this it really made my carpet and a rug as well look a lot better and will hold off my eventual pricy move to hardwood.

Haven't used it to clean a large area yet, but the spots I cleaned were good. Assembly was simple and instructions easy to follow.

I bought this carpet cleaner because my son habitually urinates in his bedroom floor, & nothing seemed to feel clean or eliminate the odors but this cleaner used along with a nicely scented cleaner choice does the trick for us. I'm very pleased with the overall performance of this floor cleaner!

I was considering just getting new carpet but thought what the heck I'll see how this does. After the first use it was clear I didn't need to replace the carpet and this saved me thousands of dollars! I couldn't have been more impressed!
