my carpets in my house had been brutalized. Im talking three years of pets and weekly house parties. When I first brought this item home my room mates were like yeah right this thing is not going to make the cut. After the first pass you could notice the difference and after the second you would have thought you were in a different house.

My wife had been looking for a new carpet cleaner and this one fits the bill. Love the built in dryer.

Had this item for a little while now and used it several times for my apartment. It works great. Have not had any issues yet with the item. It is awesome and getting worked in stains out of the carpet. I have 5 pets and it works with cleaning up their messes as well. Highly recommend.

Purchase this product with little expectations, was really only going to use for a quick spot removal...but after seeing how good it cleaned the spots, decided to use on the whole room. Would of gave five stars if the water tanks we're bigger, that is the only downside...changing the tank so often...

Carpet cleaner works excellent, shipping from Best Buy was the worst first lost package, I had to call Best Buy and info them of the situation so took way longer than stated to arrive in my casa .

I have pets, and desperately needed a carpet shampooer. I was borrowing my boyfriends, which was another brand, and I liked it, although I did notice that it left the carpet fairly wet. When I got this machine, it seemed so much more complicated at first, and I wasn’t sure I was happy with it, but after getting used to it, it’s really great! It definitely extracts the carpet very well, and I like that you can see the water come up, so you know it’s working. Also love that you put the soap in a separate area from the water, so it doesn’t foam all up when trying to fill the tank. When it’s done, the carpet almost looks new! I haven’t tried the handheld option for my stairs or upholstery yet, but I can’t wait to try.

Bought this to clean up accidents from new puppy and it does this very well. It is fully capable of doing bigger, whole carpet cleans, but water container and waste container need to be emptied very often, which can be annoying. Cleaning solution costs about $10 and is enough to do maybe two-three large rooms.

This item was on Deal of the Day, and I just had to grab it to upgrade my current one, and let me just say it was the best purchase I've made. Leaves carpets as professionally done. Is a must have.

Used this to clean carpeting in bedroom of a house recently purchased. arrived quickly after purchase, and did a good job on the berber carpet . seems to have good suction, and straight-forward to refill solutions, and empty waste water.

We bought this carpet cleaner to save on hiring a professional. We have used it once. It was a little irritating to empty/refill the water twice for the living room (about 420 sq. ft.), but I really like how the vacuum automatically dispenses the shampoo in the clean water.

I bought this to clean my area rugs. I have two toddlers and the living rug needed a deep cleaning. This machine worked great and was easy to use.

It’s great for cleaning up stains on your carpet with the spin brushes. These brushes cleans better than the other brands that I have tried.

A little time consuming but very happy with how it cleaned the carpet. I have 3 young kids and it got all the stains out easily. I should’ve bought one years ago

I bought this Hoover cleaner because my dog lives in the house and he started to leave a pet odor around the house. I also had kids that would come over and stains were in the carpet. Once I used the Hoover cleaner, it looked like a professional had cleaned the carpets. I can use this weekly if I needed to because it is easy to use.

Only used once in filthly hallway since bought. Pretty good results considering the condition.Knew I would have to clean more than once. 4 attachments look good, one has rotating scrubber for bad stains. Compared with previous Bissell, should be a better deal.

This carpet cleaner works very well and I like the fact there is a rinse cycle on it as well.

Very happy with my Hoover power scrub deluxe. I enjoy using it, it not like work using,it happens to be fun seeing my dirty carpet becoming clean right Infront of me. I've let my family members use it and they all liked it.

Bought house and had carpet "green" cleaned, wasn't really happy about outcome. Decided to purchase this as we have 2 large dogs & a cat. Carpet only in den and bedrooms, cleaned den and WOW, so much brighter and fresher smelling. The green clean didn't smell as nice.
