Worked very well the first time out of the box. Much lighter then the old one n seemed very easy to do the solution mix or just plain water

I am so happy with this purchase. Lighter weight than other models, strong suction and scrub, extremely easy to clean and change out the water, fast drying. Very well made. Highly recommended.

This is my first carpet cleaner, but I am quite happy with the performance for the price. It does a great job on carpets and is easy to use. Even old stains dissipate using this! I have not used it on upholstery yet, but feel confident that it will continue to impress.

Totally impressed with this products functionality and how well our carpets came clean. Fantastic if you have pets, pulls in all the pet hairs and well, whatever else they drop too. The suction on this machine pulls off all excess water, drying it faster than prior floor care products I've owned in the past.

Two dogs, two cats and two sons often spill things or track in dirt on my carpet. This machine is perfect for a monthly big clean, weekly touch-ups or quick emergency clean-up. Very lightweight and easy to use, with attachments perfect for upholstery or stairs. Set-up was a snap and storage is simple due to its compact size. I appreciate that emptying the dirty water is also easy. My one drawback -- but maybe it is all the grime from the aforementioned sons and pets -- but I find a full clean involves at least 3 or 4 refills/emptying of the tank. Good value, good quality.

It is a great carpet cleaner in affordable price. I just gave four stars because sometimes it leaks.

I am very pleased with my Hoover. It's lightweight and cleans very well. You have to make multiple trips to empty the dirty water and refill the clean tank but I dont mind doing that (I get extra exercise)! It cleaned my carpet very well--it looks like New!!!

After reading several reviews from many websites and stores I decided to purchase this cleaner from my favorite store. Putting it together was quick and easy. The suction is great, carpet dried quickly. The water tank is small, meaning frequent trips to refill and empty both tanks. I love the wash and rinse feature. This machine is great but it's not for heavily soiled carpet. Before storing this cleaner make sure all pieces are cleaned and dried as the water left behind could later cause problems with the machine. I went over my carpet 2x for a deeper and brighter clean and was very impressed and satisfied. I took away a star because cleaning the brush head can be difficult.

this shampooer is far superior to the ones that you can rent from Publix or Home Depot. Cleaning quality is excellent and the price is reasonable. Easy to use, I recommend it highly!

This is my first carpet cleaner. I bought it to use in my small condo. It does great! I love the feature that I can turn a nob and rinse the carpets as I go. My only complaint and it's not that big of a deal, is how often I have to refill the water tank. It's easy to use, easy to assemble and made my carpets look new.

This little gadget does an amazing job. I run a daycare and it manages to clean up some of the messiest carpet spots. The only downside is that it doesn’t hold a whole lot. In order to clean an entire room I find myself emptying the tank a few times.

Easy to use and it's not heavy at all. First use and left my carpet very clean. I have a pet and it sucks up every mess. Thumbs up!

I have two cats and moved into an old apartment with old, gross carpet. It still didn't feel clean even after a professional cleaning, so I purchased this to be able to wash it myself. It works very well and the carpet smells much fresher after using it. It's also simple to use and not too heavy. It also helps keep the amount of cat hair down. I wash the carpets every few months and it's always so satisfying/gross to see how much dirt and hair comes out.

I needed this to use on my carpet as our Yorkies had puppies and the kids kept letting them play in our living room. It was easy to just start using which I love! And seemed to do a great job. I just wish it would get the carpet more dry but it does a good job compared to others on the market!!

Easy to use. Carpet looks brand new, and feel so soft after using. Previously only owned Bissell's before and decided to try Hoover. Quite happy that I switched. Seems better quality than the Bissell. Took out stains that the Bissell couldn't.

I've always had Bissell carpet cleaners and I decided to try a Hoover based off of ratings and others opinions. Most of the machine is plastic, which I guess isn't that unusual. I was expecting somewhat of a higher quality machine but I do like this carpet cleaner. It was definitely worth the money and it works well. I like the ease of adding water and removing dirty water. The water tank isn't super large but again, it does the job for one section of a room. The cord could be longer - I've had to stop in the process to change outlets. I would recommend, especially because Best Buy price matched the lower price that I saw on Amazon :)

I got this carpet cleaner on a price match deal. It's absolutely the best carpet cleaner I have ever had!! I love the deep carpet scrubbers, the separate water and waste tanks how light it is and how well it cleans. It made my carpets look brand new after using it

I am very impressed with this carpet cleaner. I like that it has a wash option and a rinse option so it doesn't leave the soap residue in the carpets. I really just bought it thinking that I would just use it between rug doctor rentals just to do a minimum job but I feel like I got a better clean than rug doctor. It is very light weight so it's not as hard in my back either. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the water tank is kind of small and I had to refill it so often but then again if it was too big it would be heavier so overall I am still extremely happy with the product!!

My husband and I have 4 young kids and our house has carpet all the way through!! I was hesitant to purchase this just because I thought it would be too much work! However, to my surprise it was easy to understand, easy to use and my carpet looks great again!!
