Powerful cleaner. Has made my dog potty soiled carpets and rugs as good as new and saved me some security deposit in apartments! Easy to clean if hair and lint get sucked up.

After a little assembly it worked great from the get go. I have an elderly dog that has mistakes that I clean up after a lot. This works well for that. has a wash, and a rinse switch which is great. Doesn't over soak my carpet.

Overall, great carpet cleaner. The circular spinning brushes work much better than those cleaners with cylindrical rolling brushes like vacuums. The dual tanks ensure that you can rinse your carpets with clean water after using the cleaning solution. Despite applying both a cleaning and rinsing strip of water, the suction is so great that your carpets dry very quickly afterwards. Attachments work great as well. Can't attest to ease of cleaning machine or maintenance.

This is a very goof carpet cleaner it gets out the stains from my dogs very effectively. The attachments that come with it are great and save you tons of money instead of buying them separately. Getting the carpet to dry does take a little more passes that is why i gave it 4 stars

Used to clean a light colored carpet with old, set-in stains. Some stains took a couple of passes, but this product did a much better job than the professional service I hired to clean the carpet originally. Also light in weight and easy to move.

This machine is a lot lighter than older models and is so much easier to operate. Super simple and gets the job done. Deep cleans really well and has pulled out every stain so far. Love it.

I read lots of reviews on carpet cleaners before buying this one. I was willing to spend more, I just wanted something that worked well. I had to refill the water and dump the dirty water 3 times for an 11'x11' room. I almost wish the machine held more water, but it wasn't that big of a deal when I actually cleaning the carpet. The attachments work well, and it doesn't leave a ton of water if used as instructed. The cord length was not an issue for me, it was plenty long enough considering you have to refill and dump before you are likely going to be out of reach from the outlet. I live in South Louisiana where the humidity is high, so wet things take a long time to dry! I found all the rooms to be dry by morning with the temperature in the mid 90°'s with about 90-95% relative humidity. I would recommend this machine over other models because of price and function. It does exactly what I need for less than $200.

I am impressed with this machine. It is lightweight, allowing me to go up and down stairs. The water fill and solution tank is easy and inserts easily. The empty tank is extremely easy to remove and better yet comes apart for cleaning. The cleaning is deep and has removed some carpet stains I had thought were impossible. The hand tools are easy to use and made my couch look great. Overall I am extremely pleased with this buy and the ease of its use.

I was very happy to receive my vac, but I was surprised that it was smaller than my steam vac which worked very well until recently, (it lasted about 6 yrs.) I was a little skeptical if it could do the job. Boy, was I impressed at this smaller, lighter vac which still does the job. I am happy with my purchase, thank you Best buy. If you have a pet then you Must get this carpet washer, it makes the carpet look nice and new. Takes away the odors too.

Works great -- had greasy stains on my carpet, used the carpet cleaner that was recommended with this shampooer and it lifted the spot right out. Cleaned with easy use, easy to empty dirty water. I would recommend this shampooer to anyone.

Overall a great carpet and upholstery cleaner, especially for the price. Have already used it 3x already in various rooms and a couch/loveseat and it worked well every time. Especially like the clear cover which allows you to see the volume of water being picked up, which is helpful for gauging the dryness. It's also very easy to clean up the various parts of the unit when you're done as well. One negative is that the hand held hose sprayer attachment has a tendency to get partially stuck in spray mode so that even when you aren't pulling the trigger, it is spraying water/detergent. It's fairly easy to manually push the small sprayer nozzle forward and get it to completely close and stop spraying but it is a little inconvenient, but other than that, it has worked great so far. Will see how it holds up after sitting for a few months.

It is nice to have this at my fingertips for a reasonable price. Couple uses will equal that of a professional. I enjoyed using this cleaner it was easy to operate, easy to dispense. It would b nice to have a bigger tanks although that would require bigger unit. I would've liked to have been told about pretreatment application but it still cleaned reasonably well. I managed to clean ketchup and Nutella off my floor!! :) I am happy with this purchase

This machine is very user friendly,almost fun to use.i can get the house cleaned faster than the rental machines even though it holds less water it seems to go a long way on each fill up and I don't have to measure the solution it has its own tank for that.my carpet dries in hours not days like the rentals.iI hardly ever get impressed by products anymore but this one to me is a very well thought out design.

great easy scrubber I heat up water in microwave to get even better cleaning scrubs just like larger ones I have had in the past have to refill often but had to on the other ones as well can handle several rooms and area rugs like the wash and rinse cycle options and easy to pop on and off to refill and dump that is what I like best of all some machines are a lot more cumbersome in that manner and that's what takes up the majority of your time this one has an easy dump and refill can use just water if you don't want to use chemicals did not try accessories but they were included which is nice because that is not always the case

The best I've ever had. I give this unit a thumbs up. It is easy to operate and deep cleans my carpets. The unit is easy to use. I clean my unit after each use with warm/hot water. I would highly recommend the Hoover.

I was very pleased with the performance of this product. It is very easy to use and did a thorough job on all my carpets. The carpets dried quickly and look great!

It cleans perfectly! It got up chili, koolaid, and even sucks up water in any spill! I even used it to clean orange juice out of my light grey seats in 2014 highlander!

Very easy to operate and the instructions were easy to understand. Got stains up that I NEVER thought could be cleaned. I have a 3 cat household and they do sometimes have accidents and everything came out beautifully!

Product does an outstanding job of cleaning carpet and has saved me lots of money on professionals nal carpet cleaning but the wheels look like they will fall off in the back at some point because they are wobbly and were that way when I got it home but I didn't feel like taking it back since I have the extended warranty I will worry about the wheels if they happen to fall off. But it's a good product and a miracle carpet cleaner that you can't beat for the price and they way it cleans. I love it. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the wheels only.
