I never used on before, but it was easy enough to use and operate. It worked well for me. My Wife has used others before and she says this one is the best one for the price. My carpet is now really fresh looking.

Works great, super easy to use. Light weight for a carpet cleaner. It's a little loud, but I can run it outside my daughters room and not wake her while sleeping. Our carpets looked and felt newer after using!

First let me say that this product is unbelievable!! We cleaned the carpets when we moved into our home with a family members carpet cleaner (not this one) and yea, it worked, but nothing like this thing! This thing actually pulled the nasty dirt and other stuff that may be on the floor that is unseen. We first vacuumed and then used this carpet cleaner! Carpets were LIKE NEW after we cleaned them! Amazing product!!

I like it. The only con is you have to change the water every 10 minutes it seems! Also kind of bulky, so consider a place to store it. Other than that, it really cleans very well!

We cleaned three area rugs and a 20' x 15' carpeted room. It was easy to use, light weight and powerful. This is for homeuse only, though. The dirty water reservior has a low capacity, which means emptiing more often. Over all - 8.5 out of 10.

I found this carpet cleaner easy to use and doing a better job then any carpet cleaner I have ever had in the past.

Has held up with frequent use. Does a great job cleaning. Too bad it doesnt include an operater. LOL

I owned a Hoover cleaner for 8 years previously. They clean the carpets very nicely and the machine is easy to clean after. After reading other reviews about other ones I realized it still is the best.

Really great even with my 2 long hair dogs and cat. Easy to take apart to clean. The tank is large enough to clean a large room before refilling.

Don't have experience with others out there. Also my husband opened it before I could read manual. It works well, and you can see the amount of dirt it picks up. I noticed it leaks even when not full

Purchased our carpet cleaner last month. So far, it has cleaned a couple of our carpets very well. Easy to use and maintain. Too early to tell if it will stay that way, but very pleased so far.

Unit took 10 mins to assemble and was easy to operate. Had some pet messes and the unit cleaned them right up and the carpet dried quickly.

Bought to replace a bissell proheat, cleaned spots I couldn't get out before once I figured out how slow to go. Cord is a bit short and I had to readjust the tank a couple of times to get the suction strong but did a great job cleaning. Pro's a great job cleaning and easy to clean tanks. Cons short cord, odd placement of the power button, no presoak or control of how much cleaning fluid you use.

I don’t have carpet in my house, I bought this to clean up after my dog, who pees on my ceramic tile floors. Not only does it suck up the yuck, it scrubs the grout and mops the floor at the same time. I had to order the squeegee attachment separately, and it made all the difference! Without it the machine left too much water behind.

This machine is really easy to use and light weight. I like how it keeps the cleaning solution in one compartment and water in another. I think it is very clever to have a rinse setting

Cleans very well and easy to clean up. I would have liked a hot water heater tho instead of having to heat the water up manualy.you're going to use it start heating water up while you are using it. Saves time.

A nice improvement over previous model. The hand wand now attaches at the front of the machine instead of to the waste water tank. The suction is far superior to my older machine. Also the hand wand detergent dispences a precise pattern, unlike my old machine which only squirted a stream, no spread at all.

I waited until I'd used it a few times before I provided a rating. I've got to say it's super easy to use. I love the auto water/detergent mix feature, so you don't have any pre-mixing. The ease of emptying dirty water, adding clean water hot water and not having to empty the cleaning detergent that's leftover, but being able to dump leftover clean water so I can add fresh hot water for my next use. I haven't used the other features but it has lots of extra tools and a bag to hold it all! Did I mention it's very light even when with a full water tank! It does a great job of cleaning my carpets and they dry faster because of the good suction. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and will tell my family to purchase their own instead of always asking to borrow mine!
