I’ve had the this unit for approximately two years. This is a powerful machine that deep cleans the carpet. It makes your carpet look like new again. I have an old carpet and this model makes a big difference in pulling the dirt and stains out. This model is well designed and user friendly.

We used to hire a cleaning company to come in and do our carpets........... We bought this for about the same money as we paid for ONE visit from them! Results are very good, on par with the pros. Easy to setup and use, very pleased with results from Hoover; my only regret is we didn't purchase this sooner! Great unit, great price, great results............What's not to love?! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This machine delivered on every level. Easy to use, very efficient and cleans great. The secret is to follow the directions! Go slow and if you use the rinse function after shampooing, your carpets will sparkle. While a self admitted fan of hoover. This gizmo really delivers. Tip- I use a stiff brush on high traffic areas first, vacuum then shampoo then rinse......the results will "wow" you!.

Overall I am happy with the purchase of the cleaner. I cleaned two rooms of carpet in less than an hour and they dried in a few hours. A lot of dirt was extracted into the used water tank. It was easy to clean the machine after use, although a little water remained in the cleaning head. The only negative was that it was a little heavy for me with a full tank of water which made it a little difficult to maneuver.

We were flying back home for an extended weekend which meant our dogs needed to be boarded. We get home, pick them up, they seem fine and our evening comes to an end. The next day I wake up for an early morning meeting, grab my phone wander down the hall and step in what feels like wet beach sand squishing through my toes. Lets just say it wasnt, and it was EVERYWHERE all down the hallway. Our dog had gotten sick and sprayed the whole upstairs hallway. In comes this bad boy and after some extensive cleaning this thing has made our hallway like new again.

We have purchased several different models that were an epic fail. This Hoover Power Scrub Elite is hands down the BEST. Easy to fill. Easy to clean. You'll be amazed at how clean your carpet gets using this. It does a fabulous job pulling out the dirt and water. No more soggy carpets. It does leave them a little damp but they dry in no time. Make sure to empty all vessels after each use. #1 cleaner.

Best steam cleaner we’ve used. Have two dogs and highly recommend for removing all the grime and grit they bring in from outdoors.

I'm very happy with this purchase. It gets the job done and takes out tough stains. I read many reviews before purchasing this model and based my purchase, on what others said.

This machine has worked out great for me. When my puppy had accidents while potty training, it was able to clean everything. Pretty quick for the job it does and it also dries out fast. Was great for spot cleaning or getting the whole room. Ive had much more expensive cleaners that didn't do near as good as a job. Getting this at sale price is much cheaper then renting a rug doctor a few times and does much better.

this is a great machine. easy to use, set up and maintain. gets the job done with out all the hassel. comes with everything you need for a whole house clean. worked on my hardwood and carpet floors with no issues. cleaned my furnature with no issues. still going strong and no complaints. great purchuse to replace my old hoover.

I have used several different carpet shampoo machines, house full of kids and dogs...and this one by far does the best job with out spending a hugh amount. It’s easy to use not real heavy when full of water and you see the result asap. One of the things I like the most is it has a rinse setting which I’ve never had before and makes a big difference in getting all the soap out of carpets. Do recommend this machine.

We love our hoover carpet cleaner We have replaced our carpet last year I never though how duty it gets since I have a baby crawling I decided to buy a hoover carpet cleaning it's the best thing I ever did. Carpet its clean and so easy to use also I dont have to worry got my baby to be in the carpet i totally recommend this product

I like that the solution and water have separate tanks, so you can "wash" or "rinse". Unlike my last cleaner, the front piece comes off, allowing you to remove collected hair and other dirt which would otherwise clog it. The holding tank also comes apart for cleaning. Does a respectable job of cleaning the carpets, I am pleased.

It cleans very well and easy to use. It also is not as heavy which is a good thing!

Product is extremely easy to assemble. You only need to attach the handle with 2 screws provided by the manufacturer. It is very light weight . After use, it was easy to clean out the water housing and dirty water collector. If I take good care of it, I suspect it will be in good working condition for many years to come. It is loud. You may want to protect your hearing with ear plugs!

I've only used it a couple times, but so far so good. One of my dogs had diarrhea all over the carpet; it really did a good job cleaning it up. Easy to assemble, the separate tanks make everything easy, great suction - less water left on carpet, so drying was faster than with my old Bissell. No complaints thus far.

Purchased this floor cleaner to help get the smell of baby vomit out of the carpet and it has done just that. Our carpet no longer has a horrid smell.
