The appliance specialist recommended this product for me and I've had it for a couple of months now. I have children and a puppy so I have used it a lot! The suction is great, it is easy to use, and not too bulky. I'd recommend this product to anyone

Very user friendly. I love all the attachments and the fact they have their own little bag. I used it to clean a rug that hasn’t been cleaned in years previous owner had dogs also. It did a great job! Granted it’s not professional but it did a great job.

Just wow. Took it out of the box, filled the tank, and cleaned. And cleaned. Tried to get the dogs to help, but as it turns out I'm not snow white, so I did it myself and the amount of gross that came up is astonishing. I came from the Bissell crosswave pet to this and this gal can SUCK! Bissell ain't got a dime on Hoover. Much better quality, much faster drying (and doesn't spew water all over, which is a novel idea), and it's just the bees. You guys, I have rescue dogs and no fewer than 10 dogs at a time. This is a MUST because it does ALL FLOOR TYPES. *all floor types* It slaps like no other. Highly recommend. Much sexy. Very worth buy.

I’ve been using my shampooer every week since I got it in July. I have a 2-yr old beagle and it’s shedding season so I use it for touch-ups throughout the house. Muddy paw tracks...no problem! It’s light weight and it’s practical.

My old carpet cleaner bit the dust so Best Buy had this one on sale. Took a trip to the store looked at it and bought it. I've had it for quite a while and it has not had any problems. Seems to get the carpets clean and is easy to use. Would buy again.

For being a non commercial cleaner I’d recommend this. It’s done a good job on new stains and helping the pile stand back up

I bought this after my other one just abruptly stopped working. With pets, it’s very important to me to have a carpet cleaning machine. This machine did not disappoint. Very user friendly and does an amazing job!!

Very easy to use and does a great job of cleaning up stains just remember to make sure the carpet doesn’t get walked on while wet or damp or you could potentially have a bigger stain keep covered or blocked off until completely dry

The power scrubber is effective at cleaning. I wish it got hotter, but I guess it isn't a steam cleaner. It pulled out a lot of gunk from the carpet. I think it also pulled a good bit of ink from the color of the rug. It is hard to tell how much is dirt and how much is ink. But I think it is cleaning well.

I have two dogs so my carpets get dirty often. This machine is easy to use since there is no mixing of soap and water together like older machines. The cord could be longer though.

This product is pretty straight forward to use as long as you read the directions. It works well and we have no complaints and have used it quite a lot now. The reason for 4 stars is the cleanup process for it is a little bit involved due to disassembling and reassembling.

After reading many reviews for rug cleaners the Hoover power scrub elite upright deep cleaner was the best for the money. It was easy to use . We have a dog and it did a great job on our rug.
