I bought this to replace my 10 yr old Bissel steam cleaner. This one is good but not quite as powerful as my old one. To be fair it was half the price. It works well and has been going strong. It is easier to clean, It just seems to be made a bit cheaper. Oh well,it works.

I recently moved and my room floor is entirely carpet, so I we got this bad boy out my mother in law recommendation and I couldn't be happier, is easy to use and does a pretty good job cleaning that carpet.

This cleaner is easy to use and really works . It took stains out of commercial carpeting and school carpeting . It works as advertised and does not need more than one or two passes to get the carpet clean .

Cleans well, and sucks up the odors too! Easy to put together and use. Comes with a good size solution too, enough for two runs on a 12 by 14 thick carpet

My Mom absolutely loves this steamer...she can't put it down!Lol

Does a great job and is easy to use. Works great for Kid / Pet stains. Solution and Water container is easy to change and used water is not a problem either

My wife loves this vacuum she has done wonders with this thing.

I had a bissell before this hoover . Hoover out cleans bissell!

I like this machine. It gets the job done with ease. Reason for the loss of 1 star is the shorter cord length. No big deal but I have to change plugs to do multiple rooms at times.

I love it I have four kids and a husband that includes a baby on the floor 24/7 well not 24/7 but most of the time but it's great when there's a spill I get to clean it up quick and easy and then put away

Vaccum works great and easy to dump out water. Clean water and soap stays in one tank while dirty water goes in separate tank easy to throw out. Cleans carpet very well and dries fast.

I’m glad they’re improving on this technology. I previously had a couple of other ones over the years and this is much easier to use and cleans much better. I’m a happy camper.

It cleaned all of the carpets well. It was easy to just take it out of the box and put ut together...could start in 5 minutes. Also light enough not to make your arm sore when you are done.

Certainly would save a few bucks and buy this brand, reliable and cost effective. Pretty easy to use and does a good job. Just got to follow instructions and clean properly after use to make the best of it.

After reviewing Consumer Reports, I went with the highly rated Hoover over the Bissel and SO GLAD I DID! This thing is awesome. I had new carpets installed about 5 years ago when I bought my house. I hold tech training classes in my great room and those guys are slobs. I honest thought my carpets were ruined. About two years ago I had a Eco Chem free place come out and was left with crusty carpet. Several passes using this new Hoover on low flow, heated dry fast mode, my carpets look and feel new. There are a ton of parts that can break, so think about Geek Squad for $25 bux more.

Its cleans well. Not too hard to figure out. Recommend.

I bought this unit a month ago and used it often to pick up my pets surprises.Fantastic unit. Very easy to use and clean. Well built. It does a much better job than the rug doctor units that you rent.

1st one I bought was a lemon but the second one seems to be doing fine so far and has been cleaning the carpets pretty darn good. Emptying the dirty water and refilling the water and solution is very simple with this machine.

I have owned 2 previous carpet cleaners. A Hoover and a Bessel. This carpet cleaner is a much better version of my previous Hoover. The scrub brushes really scrub and places where pet hair can get stuck and accumulate are now easily accessible for cleaning. This carpet cleaner does a great job! So glad I bought it. A pipe burst in out finished basement last week. We were able to save our carpet by using this machine to suck up over 25 gallons of water! Great buy for the price!
