I don't have a pet but I did purchase this unit and still own it to clean my sofa when my mother in-law comes over. She is a smoker so once a month I use this beast to get the sofa smelling fresh and clean. I purchase fabric cleaners from the Dollar tree and just fill the Machine with fresh water to allow the suction to soak up the cleaning agent along with the dirt and smell. This thing has cleaned my car mats you name it this thing has been kicking butt and is a staple in my home for cleaning furniture and automotive. This is my go to and its been about 5 months now and its still running good using the cheap dollar store knock off fabric cleaners and just fresh water in the machine you can't ever go wrong at the low price of $1.25 you can get Carpet cleaner or I think the Dollar tree also sells other branded fabric cleaners. They even sell Automotive carpet cleaners which are great for anything and come in a aerosol spray can or the generic spray bottle for the carpet cleaner solution. I don't trust putting the cleaners inside the machine but trust the machine to do the task of sucking up the soapy detergent into the waste tray.

Great for spots! If you have a large area to clean, be prepared to fill up the solution tank several times.

love this I only have a couch that has to be cleaned, everything else is wood or covered, so need a little spot cleaner and this is great it does turn off and doesn't suction once it's at the max line

Works very well at a quick clean up of spills, dog accidents, and muddy feet on carpets. Easy to use, with long electrical cord and nice long suction hose. Easy to clean holding tank. Use the 2X concentrated cleaning solution recommended, and put it 1 part soap to 4 parts water, and it will work great.

Deep cleans furniture to the fullest. Absolutely disqusted with the gunk that came out of my chairs. Let alone the floor to my jeep. Very happy with my purchase. Easy and fun to use. Was able to avoid a stain on a new mattress as well.

We need a portable rug cleaner. PowerDash Go did the trick. Very light, yet powerful. Used it to clean a carpet stain, plus upholstery (lounge chair). We got 3 dogs!! Got things looking new again. Highly recommended.

Product is great for the price, unfortunately the first one I purchased was defective and did not work right out of the box. I had to take it back and exchange for a new one which had worked wonderfully. This was perfect for my cars, truck and RV.

I've used this to clean my living room upholstery so far, and my mattresses! Having boys, I didn't realize how nasty they can get, but the dirt that comes out is crazy! Things literally looked like new and smelled amazing! Such a great product!

I brought this to clean the carpet in my minivan and ended up using in on the carpet seats and all the other surfaces! No longer pay extra at the carwash for detailing!

This machine lacks power. I wouldn't recommend it for rugs but I do recommend it for delicate cloth furniture.

It worked good for a few months and did its job till the pump broke and now doesn’t spray any cleaner!

This was purchased for spot cleaning & maneuvering into tight spaces which were not reached by my larger carpet cleaner. The premise is that this would work like a smaller version of my already purchased machine; however, suction power was less than desired and left a large amount of the solution used for cleaning inside the carpet/upholstery. I had to wind up awkwardly maneuvering the larger machine to get the solution up in order to save the carpeting.

Light weight, easy to use. Cord is pretty long so you can move around a bit.

Compact and powerful. Picks up the stain with no issue. Perfect for small spills. Larger mess will require refill of solution.

It works very well, just what I need for my area rug. Nice and light easy to work with.

I got the Hoover PowerDash GO because I have a beloved aging cat with a sensitive tummy. She also doesn't always make it back to her litterbox in time. I was looking for something portable that I could quickly grab to clean up her accidents and Hoover has delivered just what I needed. The unit is well designed and we had it assembled and up and running in minutes after we unboxed it. I am used to a full sized carpet cleaner so at first I was a bit confused by the lack of a clean water tank however once I understood that the cleaning solution was premixed I was ready to go. We tackled several stains (some that were a couple of days old) to test the unit's cleaning power. The PowerDash offers a generous length electrical cord and hose. The unit boasts great suction and offers two different brush heads for the handheld attachment. You squeeze a handle mounted trigger to dispense the cleaning solution, scrub the stained area and tilt the head slightly forward to suck up the waste water. We were impressed by how well the unit worked. Everything breaks down easily to rinse things out and there are on-unit areas for securing the hose and the electrical cord when you store it. The main downside is that the GO uses up cleaning fluid at a pretty good clip. It is also a bit loud while running but I feel that is a fair compromise for the suction power it provides. In conclusion - this is the product we were looking for and I recommend it for anyone who has similar needs.

Great item for small area's. Wouldn't recommend trying to clean a whole room. Easy to put together and clean up is simple.

If you are looking for a portable vacuum and not to big this is the right one for you

Very convenient and easy to use. It does a good job cleaning up spots on carpet.
