    Shipping was quick and easy, tried it out the day we got it and the next day only to find out it wouldn't pick up the water it should. Ran the cleaner back over the spot several times and wouldn't get any or much water return. Don't need a machine that will soak my carpet & rugs and not suck some of the water back. A tank full of clean water was coming back with less than a quarter inch return. Returned to Best Buy.
