Great little cleaner. I wish I would've bought the vacuum type but this works for the small mishaps. Easy to clean but the cleaning solution tank doesn't hold enough product so sometimes it must be changed in between which is a bit of a hassle since the solution is concentrated so it must be diluted with water before use.

It's great for small spots. I mainly got this for my car to clean my seats.

good product - strong suction - but low fluid dispensation

This is a fantastic machine. Ever since hand held rug cleaners were put on the market, I've always wanted one. I'm incredibly stunned by the quality of cleaning this machine does. I got this to remove stains from a heavily used sectional, odor and normal wear and tear. This is a convenient all-in-one tool that is good if you (a) don't have a strong wet-dry vac and empty spray bottle or (b) don't want to bother lugging them around/need a more compact solution like this product. The instructions were easy to follow from set up, and use start to finish. This little beast is the absolute best at cleaning up all the quick spills, food and unidentifiable dried up nastiness my family leaves behind on fabric surfaces. It is compact and easy to move around. It's compact enough to sit on standard stairs without toppling over. It has a bit of weight when the chambers are filled but not enough to cause fatigue. The hose length is adequate since you can easily move the PowerDash from point A to point B. If it is too long, then it is unmanageable to re-coil, then you would have another set of complaints from people. Also, if the cord length was longer, it would take more time than I care to spend to wrap it up. A retract feature would be one more thing to break and then we would really complain. Regarding the noise, it is louder than I would prefer but it may be just as loud as a standard vacuum cleaner. It does not bother me enough to do sound comparisons since I am just cleaning spots. It came with a sample bottle of professional cleaning solution to be added into the water. It was able to penetrate the stains, remove them, and leave a fresh smell. The machine itself is relatively light weight which made it easy to move from one spot to another. This unit consists of a spray nozzle and a vacuum. Any of the 'cleaning' is done by the chemicals and any elbow grease you apply. The plastic doesn't seem that durable so you should not be too rough in handling it. That said its compact, has nice aesthetic design, and also offers a self-cleaning attachment nozzle to clear out the hose of any debris. I cleaned my car interior with this PowerDash Go. I applied the solution directly from the bottle and scrubbed it in with a dish scrubber. Then let it sit for 15-20 minutes and vacuumed with PowerDash Go. After that I rinsed with plain water and vacuumed again. So much filthy water got vacuumed up, and the carpets looked completely different. It removed a lot of dirty water and the car is much cleaner. I did something similar to a car seat that had an entire 20oz soda spilled and soaked in, and the brown liquid just never seemed to stop pouring out. It's really gross but satisfying at the same time to see what's coming out of the fabric. If you think you have sprayed enough cleaner on the fabric, spray more. It is deceptive how small the spray nozzle is. At first I thought the suction wasn't working because no liquid seemed to be coming out and the carpet wasn't getting cleaned. Once I realized I needed to saturate it more deeply, it worked well. One of my primary concerns when judging a carpet cleaner is how much water it’s able to remove. Water temperature, agitation, and solution/soap no doubt play important roles, but if the dirty water doesn’t come out then the carpet won’t get clean. It was very easy to use & I wish I’d had it this whole time. Normally I rent one of the big cleaners every few months and use that and it works great and looks and smells good, but I wanted something to use around the house on a more frequent basis. So after looking around I decided on this! It works beautifully to get stains and dirt out! If you have a car, or a carpet, a rug, a couch, or a bed you should have one of these. I got out stains I thought were permanent, but easily suctioned away. I once spilled a quart of paint on an apartment carpet. I thought I was doomed. I put a wet towel over the spill after cleaning up the mass of the spill, and then used one of these till it was all cleaned up. I thought there was no way it would work, but I was desperate, so I tried it. You couldn't tell at all that it ever happened. This machine will pull the vast majority of the water/cleaner you deploy with the sprayer, so it will not leave carpets soaking wet. The nozzle attachment has a nice clear window of the suction action, so you can easily tell when cleaning solution and soil is being pulled up into the vacuum. The size of the tanks are well proportioned, allowing you to cover a decent sized cleaning project without multiple refills. I would recommend cleaning the suction canister and brush after every use. Taking 5 minutes to clean the brush and dirty water container after each use will save you headaches with dried gunk clogging up the system later. Overall, I would recommend this product as a spot cleaner or light wider-area cleaning. If you need something basic to clean some small stains then this should work out. If you're looking to do a thorough cleaning of a rug or furniture you should probably spend some more money and get a more powerful unit.

This little gadget does what it’s supposed to. However, the hose is way too short and you literally have to carry it and hold it just to get it to reach. It’s very basic. Suction is ok. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I thought this was something different. From the description it seems better than what’s it so. I used it on my couch for a stain and it did nothing. Maybe it’ll work better with a fresh stain. But then again with a fresh stain all you need is a good rag and some warm water

not really crazy about this I have a big hoover cleaner, so I use the attachments that came with it for small areas. my son likes it so I gave it to him he uses it and likes it so all is well

This was smaller then I expected. It did an ok job cleaning butbi had to keep my hand on the plastic cover over the hose to keep it from falling off.

This handheld deep cleaner is very easy to use and move around. It works great at removing pet odor from my couch. It has not discolored any of my fabrics, and it dries very quickly. The attachments are gentle on the furniture while helping to get a deep clean. I haven't had any stains to use it on to try that aspect of it yet, thankfully. It is very lightweight and has a long cord and hose that make it easy to get around large pieces of furniture without having to move it around a lot. The cleaner is very compact and well designed so that the cord and the hose wrap around the unit very nicely. My only slight complaint is that it doesn't really function as a vacuum at the same time, meaning you have to vacuum up larger particles (grass for example) first before using this as a cleaner. It works great on dirt and cleaning dried mud in your car with the attachments.

It was not all it said it was. We took an hour choosing and we ended returning this. It’s awkward to joke and it didn’t do much for the carpet. It’s expensive too.

This item is useless it contains like a 7 oz bottle of water and has no suction. It’s a waste of money and time

This steam cleaner is specifically designed for pets mess it doesn’t say it in the description but the box does and as a result I feel duped into getting something I didn’t want this is very unfortunate as I insured it as well. The description say Powee dash go hand held deep cleaner it is designed Best to clean up Pets messes. Don’t buy if it’s not your intention to clean up pets mess. And it came with a small solution fit to clean basically nothing
