I tried to resolve by reading reviews and comments from customers and Hoover. Pick up was almost non existent. (made adjustments) The pet brush literally STOPPED when run across the couch. It actually stopped turning!! Returned it and bought another but not that thrilled with it either. Trying to make it work but too many adjustments. I want my old Hoover back!!!! (Why did I need another? Because I did not realize one of the dogs had an accident and ran over the urine. :-( (Is there a way to clean the brush to get rid of that?)
