Worst "pet" vacuum ever

There are about 8 screws you have to remove EVERYTIME from the bottom to get to the spot that clogs the worst. My pets do not shed much. The vacuum worked fine in the house I lived in when I bought the vacuum. It was only carpeted in the bedroom, and I used the vacuum maybe 3 times. I moved into a carpeted apartment and immediately ran into all of these issues. It just does not have ability to stay functional for more than 10 minutes here. In all fairness I don't think this carpet has deep cleaned before we moved in and I think there's fine cat hair embedded in the carpet that is causing the clogs. I wouldn't care as much if it wasn't so difficult to take the bottom off to get to the clog.

It has poor suction and don't really clean up the particles on the floor real good . Hard to adjust to floor and its not low enough to the floor for me.

Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. – OR – We recommend checking to see if your filter is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove any debris. While you have the filter removed rinse it with water until the water runs clear, allow dry time (24-36 hours). Should have returned this but I could not carry it to the store. It weighs a ton. It cleans okay but hard to push. Sorry I purchased this item.

Your vacuum has a safety feature called 'Thermal Protector' designed into your cleaner to protect it from overheating. When the thermal protector activates, the cleaner will stop running. When this happens, unplug it from the electrical outlet and empty the dirt cup. Inspect the nozzle inlet, hose connector, hose, dirt cup inlet, pre-motor filters, and HEPA filters for any obstructions and clear obstructions if present. You can use the handle of a broom to push through your hose to ensure there are not any clogs hidden. When your cleaner is unplugged and the motor cools off for 30 minutes, the thermal protector will deactivate and cleaning may continue. We hope this helps! Not a good purchase for this price

I have 2 dogs and I was happy for few weeks until I noticed that self rotor brush has stopped working. I took it to the store but they said it can’t b fixed here. I have cleaned the brush twice and tried all the steps available in the user manual and online but haven’t achieved any success. Pay 200 bucks for have much drama!! I would rather opt for cheaper ones.

It says that it's good for animal hair and routine maintenance of a house. When I used it I found that the roller bars have a hard time rolling and it doesn't pick up anything. I'm very sad that it doesn't work like the box and reviews have described.

No good vacuum

Not good for dog hair

Unless I used the specific handheld attachment on my hands and knees the vacuum picked up little to no pet hair. I returned it and am much happier with my Bissell.

Not worth the money

It would overheat then shut off in its own and stop sucking. The lights were the only thing that would stay on. I do not reccomend this Vacuum.
