Horrible product

Worked Great for a month!

Non Returnable after 2 weeks get your protection plan folks cause I wish I would have.

Terrible vacuum

Don't waste your money

Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. – OR – We recommend checking to see if your filter is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove any debris. While you have the filter removed rinse it with water until the water runs clear, allow dry time (24-36 hours). If the listed troubleshoot does not correct the issue, please contact us directly at 800.944.9200 with reference to this review and model number. Thank you!

If you have been experiencing periodic shut offs during use see the following: Your vacuum is designed with a Thermal Safety Protector that will automatically shut the vacuum off if it begins to overheat. This is likely the result of a clog and we recommend checking your system for any potential clogs that would cause it to overheat. For the best results, complete a full system maintenance check. Posted .Hi Krystal, we're sorry you had that experience with your first PowerDrive Pet Bagless Upright. When our vacuums overheat, technology inside the unit shuts it off to prevent damage. When it does power off, wait 30 minutes until you start cleaning again. If you’re still having issues, it may be time to rinse out your filter. It could be time to rinse out your filter. Remember to only rinse it with water and let it dry for 24 hours. If that does not help, we ask you to make sure the dirt inlet tube is not clogged. If it is, remove the nozzle and then remove the clog. This should increase your suction! If you still run into issues, please call our customer service team at 1-800-944-9200. Thanks!
