It had so much dirt and hair in it it was gross, and that was with me vacuuming with my old one. It’s actually surprisingly quiet, I thought it wasn’t working at first till I looked at the dirt bin. It’s surprisingly light weight which is nice for the stairs and the pet tool worked wonders on my cat tree and couches. Assembly is super easy. I am extremely happy with this purchase!

We have 3 fur babies so it's a necessity. Love it so far. It is a little heavier than my Windtunnel Air was. (16lbs compared to 12), but I can deal with it. It's still pretty light for a full service vacuum.

It grabs so much more off the corners and off rugs then the past vacuum I have had. If you want power to pick up all those little things that other vacuums miss, this is it.

Had to return to store

It has great suction, but it didn't clean like I wanted it to. I used this vacuum and then followed it up by revacuuming with my shark swivel. My shark picked up even more dirt and fur that this machine left behind.

I haven't used it more than once every couple of weeks. The roller brush has stopped working. It is not jammed, I removed the bottom to make sure nothing was preventing it from turning and the belt and roller are clear and turn easily by hand. There must be something faulty with the switch or motor. It's an extremely poor design. I only used on low pile carpets, not even a high pile shag. I won't be buying any Hoover products again.

Horrible for pet hair

We purchased this a couple months ago and already sold it on letgo. 60 seconds in to vacuuming our dog's hair clogs up the tube before the cannister. We spent more time shaking the hair out than vacuuming. We are biting the bullet and forking it over for a Dyson.

Sounds terrible

Must have been something with the brush roller as it only made an awful nose when that was on. Disappointed and switching back to Bissell, not impressed.
