I bought it for the size and when I got it home and out of the box noticed how light weight it was. so happy for that and it picks up pet hair nicely.

With two roommates and two cats in my house, I bought the Hoover PowerDrive Upright Vacuum because of its reputation and other good reviews I found. So far. I'm very pleased with its performance and easy operation.

We bought this vacuum for our son for Christmas since he had told us his exist vacuum pick up dog hair very well. According to him this vacuum gets the job done we ease and he is pleased with the product.

The attachments for the couch is great and gets up the hair pretty easily. The regular vacuum picks up just about everything I’ve put in front of it without clogging. Also it is easy to clean out

I had trouble at first because the metal piece that kept the handle from pulling out was not in the proper position when it arrived. The first time I couldn't get it aligned correctly but thought it would be ok. It wasn't-the metal piece blocked the pet hair from going into the dust cup and so the vacuum shut down. I got the metal piece in it's proper position, cleaned out the tube and handle and now it works great. Really sucks up all the hair.

Really enjoy using this vacuum. Easy to maneuver and great suction power. Really like that the hose comes out as a long arm so I can reach all the ceiling corners without a ladder.

After a quick assembly, A carpeted room which only has one cat resident and had been vacuum two days before was vacuumed. The amount of fine dirt and cat hair filled the container to the point that before doing another room it had to be dumped. Similar things happened and two other rooms. After this the normal once a week vacuuming was able to be done and all three room rooms without emptying the container. This is a house that has eight inside cats. The vacuum performed better than expected and hopefully will continue to do so.

You can't beat this vacuum for the price!! it has helpful attachments and other features that are usually on a more overpriced brand!!

This vacuum is WAY cheaper than a Dyson and does just a good of a job. It’s lightweight, picks up well and even fluffs the carpet really good.

This vacuum is quite easy to use and to clean up. So far it is doing a great job in cleaning up the cat fur on the steps and furniture.

Personally, it was worth investing in this vacuum since I have 2 cats. The added features makes it so much easier when doing a household cleaning, Not heavy at all or hard to maneuver.

Good vacuum easy to move around, good suction, the ring to adjust suction is a little different but a good vacuum

No matter how many vacuums I've tried, I always go back to this. It has great suction, easy to use, & good size for portability. This is definitely a great pick up!

I have a large family and a lot of pets. A good vacuum is important to me! This Hoover is everything I need. It has great suction, it turns easily, it has a dirt collection tank rather than a bag, and the requisite number of useful attachments. I LOVE the collection tank type of vacuum. I don't think I will ever go back to using bags. I can see how full the tank is, I can see what is getting picked up, and it is easy as can be to empty into the trash. The powerdrive is an excellent tool for picking up dirt and hair. The carpets in my home look terrific. I also used it to clean my car today. The hose, crevice attachment, and small brush with "turbo" action did a great job at getting my floor mats and seats clean.

This is a great mid cost vacuum! I have owned it for a month now with no issues. It works great for picking up dog hair and I've used it on my carpeted stairs and in the car. The attachments work well with a long reaching wand. The brush bar stops rotating when in the upright position, good so that the belt doesn't burn or break while using the attachments. There is no self winding cord which is fine since they eventually stop working anyway. Overall no complaints.

Not only does this get the cat hair up, but it can handle the bits of hay that come in on our clothes after feeding the horses and goats. Easy to empty.

This vac is POWERFUL! It’s heavy duty, quiet, and has different settings for different floors. I have 3 cats and this has worked wonders for pet hair.

My old vacuum I had finally broke after years of having it. I love this new vacuum. It is super easy to use, picks up dirt really well (especially the deep down dirt you don't see), and gets in places my old vacuum couldn't.

It is a little heavy but this thing is a beast!! It is amazing how much dirt this picks up. The wand has good length and good attachments.

We bought this unit when our old one quit, and love the power, ease of operation, and features... especially the "push to dump" feature. No bags!
