I know how much pet hair my previous Hoover picked up and this one has about 1/4 of the amount as the previous one. I like that it has a light. Just have too much going on to make time to return it. Now, I have had it too long. Really disappointed,

It slips into carpet mode to engage the brushes and then gets stuck and red lights appear, you have to turn it off to reset it. Other than that and the constantly annoying stuck filter system... it's okay. The sale price was too good to pass!
