CLEANS GOOD, BUT IS TOO HEAVY AND HARD TO PUSH. HAS MIND OF IT OWN WHEN TRYING TO PUSH.

This would be a great vacuum if you don’t have a long haired dog.

I liked it at first but after a month or so it stoped working properly. It kept locking it self to where I was not able to vacuum so I would have to turn it off and turn it back on and also it kept leaning to the side so I had to vacuum and hold the vacuum to where the holder wouldn't fall

I didn't like this product much it had weak suction.

This vacuum works on all my floors, and cleans better than my previous vacuum (Dyson). I have a family and two long hairs cats who shed everywhere and their cat litter gets tracked out onto the floors. I used to vacuum every week to clean my house, but now i can just take out the wand and put the carpet accessory on the end and clean out all of the hair, fur, dust, litter, and other stuff from the carpet like nothing was ever there. The carpet accessory also works on carpeted cat towers and rugs. The automatic change from wood flooring to carpet on the vacuum changes very fast and smoothly and is very gentle on the carpet. I can proudly walk bare-footed knowing the fur, hair, dust, and litter is cleaned up and that the floors are now very smooth. In the end, I would recommend this to those who have pets and children under a busy roof. I would like to thank Hoover for such a good vacuum that keeps a busy home like mine clean, and BestBuy for such an excellent price.

I purchased this vacuum 7 months ago. One of the accessory pieces on the side broke off and was very flimsy so I ordered a replacement piece - no big deal. Last week, the roller brush stopped working. After a while on the phone with Hoover, I was told to take it to a repair center in another town. I had to return to BestBuy to get a copy of my original receipt. I dropped off the vacuum for repair, only to find out the replacement piece is coming from China and "it will be a while before it gets here." At this point, Hoover will not replace the vacuum so I'm stuck without one until the part comes from China. I would think a vacuum made by Hoover, a company that has been around for a long time, would last longer that 7 months. I would recommend spending some more money to buy something with better quality (and better customer service).

This vacuum is great and had made cleaning up the dog hair on my carpet really easy.
