On initial use I works well but not so much that I’d say it works better the the original Hoover carpet cleaner which I still own. I purchased mainly because I have 3 kids 7 and under and having the carpet cleaner house combo seemed like a no brained. However! The hose part doesn’t work… my 4 yr old is sick and threw up on the couch and to my surprise not only was the hose ridiculously hard to fully install (it should be effortless) , but the sprayer didn’t work! I YouTubed it hoping it was me not the machine. Found a trick but realized unless I’m pushing the hose in more it doesn’t spray. Non-the-less I’m disappointed! I was so excited for this. It was one of my self birthday presents.

I was a little hesitant about purchasing a refurbished carpet cleaner, but this purchase was well worth it. The cleaner was light weight and dissolved the dirt and oil stains on my white carpet. No longer paying for someone to out and clean. I can do it myself whenever I want to.

When I went to use it multiple pieces broke on it. Seems like it pretty cheaply made not impressed. Looked nice but didn’t really get to use it. Super bummed.
